Despite his arm, thought to be very attractive.

Personality: Courageous and bold with his actions. But is very careful before he does anything. Has a will of steel and has more determination than any. He's very kind and understanding with wisdom beyond his years. A natural leader. He has one of the best problem-solving minds since he has always had to think of ways to make up for his defection. Wants to show the world that he can be the best despite his figure.

History: Raised in a loving home. A lone child that belongs to a family of extreme martial artists in the Iruka clan. It was very disappointing to such a large family since they all expected him to be the best martial artist of the family. He set out at the youngest of ages to prove that they were wrong and he could still be the best. Despite actually being one of the most promising ever, the clan treats him as if he could never amount to anything. Even his family doesn't believe that he can become great.

(Sorry if I seem harsh, not what I'm doing but you need some MAJOR restructuring. Just helping.))

Have you already gotten this approved? If so, they missed quite a few things which is no believable. If it hasn't been approved, don't put it in spoiler tags. That's the trademark symbol for being approved.

Other than that, we can start on the real stuff. I suppose that this is a char that you'll use to help with your other char, Kazuku, so we call that an NPC (Non Playable Character). They basically act as supporting char's for your main one. Add that in by their name.

Not as clean as your first char so we'll just go down the list.

Forum name- it looks like an evil grin lol!. Put spaces inbetween the colons as such.

History: ROFL!! I can't understand anything you're trying to say! It's probably nice but just the general sentence structure is unreadable! Make it make sense and use correct grammar in anything you do. It makes things so much easier for everybody. Oh and you can't just go making stuff up about a clan without approval if that's what you were doing.

Character Shinobi Rank: Disbarred is another way of saying Missing Ninja or for short, Missing-nin. Just put Missing-nin next time.

Jutsus: Well does this Inuzuka have a dog? If so than you might want to put down some of the regular clan jutsus which we can help with. Just PM anybody who seems to be competent and you'll be fine.

Again, I'm not trying to discourage you at all. Trying to help you become a better RP'er and make things easier for everybody. You are a talented and energized person and I can't wait to see you get really settled in here. You have great ideas and I love them but just let the head authorities know so they can tell you wether it's okay and maybe help you. Thanks. Oh and if he does have a dog, put that in his descriptions.

That's not what I meant by helping her out. I meant like adding to her story. NPC's can be controlled just like a regular character except that they don't do much else except for what they're created to do. For intsance, Gaja 90 has a NPC named Kentachi that serves as his chars' sensie. He can still control Kentachi but it's not a main character.

So do you want to go full scale (make it a full character) or just an NPC?

Well, first, you should ask me, or GN if creating a NPC villian, was allright, because NPC teachers is one thing, villians, are a whole other, because they are most likely, in contact with Kohona laws, if he's a missing nin, it means he's in the bingo book, meaning people are very well allowed, to jump him the moment he enters the village.

Personality: Nikamara is shy and quiet and doesn't talk much unless talked to first. Always has a smile on her face, but hides how she truely feels from everyone else. She is kind of a lone wolf and wasn't the most popular girl in school because she is so quiet.

History: Nikamara lives with her mother in the hidden village of Konoha...her father died when she was two and her mother never recovered and became mentally unstable. Because of her mother's condition she has had to grow up fast and take care of her. Even so she always found time to practice her chakra control and jutsus and though always busy has always shown remarkable progress in her training. As an only child and having to take care of her mother, she sometimes had trouble keeping up in school, but always did her best without help from others. Found out she had a demon inside her after her mother died, called Shade and can manipulate and create shadows.

Like all Inuzuka Shinji has the marks on his face. He has spiky light brown hair which is always covered by a black cap. He wears an oversized white shirt with front pockets. His trousers are black and stop bellows the knee. He wears his head protector around his neck.

Personality:

A boy who does everything his pace. Free spirited and somewhat bossy. He loves to take control of the situation and can be described as somewhat energetic. His impatient and stubborn attitude often gets him in trouble. However Shinji’s very reliable and cares greatly for Kuroji, Kyou and Shiro. Very fond of nature he enjoys taking walks and absolutely loves meat. He is an extremely perverted boy who has no trouble showing it either. Even tough it is hard to anger him when it happens it is best to watch out. Shinji is an incredible player, he often takes girls home for fun (If not in a relation at that time) and enjoys flirting casually.

History:

Shinji had a bad relationship with his family from the moment he was born. At the age of 9 he received Kuroji. However when Shinji decided to become shinobi things went downhill for him and his parents since they disagreed. The slaughter of the clan caused quite some grief to Shinji and his family but he has grown over it by now. He swore to grow stronger so he could protect the clan against those kinds of evil. When he graduated he met Karin and Mayumi to who he became somewhat close. Later a boy named Kay joined their team and the two became fast friends, when Shinji told his parents about his shinobi life they kicked him out of the house. However he decided to travel around the countries with part of his clan. After returning to Konoha he finally managed to get his life on track and was able to confess his love to Mayumi. From that point on they have had an incredibly rocky relation but whenever they are together their happy. Shinji has joined Mamoru Hikaru’s team and accomplished many missions under his leadership.

Clan Description/ Bloodline Abilities: Inuzuka

This clan from KonohaVillage is known for its ties to the canine species. Many members have a canine familiar who acts as a partner to the clan member. Also clan members can use jutsus to take on canine-like abilities.

Structure Pills

With Shinji’s knowledge on the human body and brain he has developed different pills containing herbal combinations that affect him differently in ever way for 10 minutes. However a few rules apply to use of these pills. He cannot use a pill that makes him lose his ability to hear and compensate for it with a pill that grants him the ability to hear. He cannot use an Increase pill with another Increase pill. He cannot use an Effect pill with another Effect pill. The only pills of the same type that can be used at the same time are Alter type’s. You can only use 3 pills at the same time. You can’t use a pill you have already used again within the next 3 hours.
Name: Increase Scent
Effect: Amplifies Shinji’s scent ability multiple times giving him a nose superior to even dogs at the cost of his hearing.

Name: Increase Hearing
Effect: Amplifies Shinji’s hearing multiple times giving him one superior to most animals at the cost of his scent.

Name: Increase: Power
Effect: This pill changes the muscles in Shinji’s arms giving him a great boost in power.

Name: Increase: Speed
Effect: Increases the speed of a regular human. By swallowing this pill the user becomes twice as fast as regular. When used with Shikyaku No Jutsu he becomes 4 times as fast.

Name: Effect: Mad Dog
Effect: This pill takes exactly 3 minutes to kick in. When activated the user will lose all sense and act as a wild beast. The power and speed has been multiplied but the user has absolutely no control over his own actions.

Name: Effect: Daze
Effect: A pill which puts Shinji in a state of stupidity. Useless as this may seem in this form he relies on basic instinct and reflexes to dodged nearly every single attack thrown at him.

Name: Effect: Alchohol
Effect: A pill that has the same effect as taking 10 shots of sake. This pill release alcohol in the body and makes the user extremely drunk. However this pill is used on Kyou instead of a human.

Name: Effect: Energy Breakdown
Effect: Extremely self damaging. This pill breaks down the cells in Shinji’s body at a rapid rate and converts them into Chakra.

Name: Alter: Monster
Effect: This pill alters the entire DNA structure of the dog Shiro. It only seems to work on him, in this form he grows large bones stick out of his back, his fangs become incredibly sharp and his eyes turn completely black.

Name: Alter: Shrink
Effect: One of the special Alter pills Shinji created. By taking this one his body will prepare for 2 minutes before reverting to a smaller size.

Name: Alter: Growth
Effect: The Alter: Shrink counterpart. Growth can’t be used on humans but it works extremely well on the dogs. Using this pill Kuroji is able to achieve the size of the Soutou Rou and increase his overall attack abilities

Name: Alter: Jump
Effect: This pill alters Shinji’s physical structure. The muscles in his legs change significantly and enable him to jump unreal heights.


Name: Alter: Moonshift
Effect: The best pill in Shinji’s arsenal currently. By taking this pill when there’s a full moon or something with a familiar effect Shinji will transform into a half wolf half human. White fur will grow all over his body and he will grow fangs and sharper nails. His eyes will also become white with small black slits. In this form Shinji loses the ability to use either Genjutsu or Ninjutsu. His physical attributes all increase.

A move requiring one shinobi and two ninken. Like the Soutou Rou this Ninjutsu technique is only available to the Inuzuka clan. After using Konbi Henge they transform into the mystical beast Cerberus. This huge beast like the Soutou Rou has several advantages. The first being that the saliva is somewhat corroding and burns on people’s skins. The second is the razor sharp claws and fangs and immense increase of speed and power over the Soutou Rou form. The third being the Torouga attack.

The Torouga is a very destructive attack. It’s much faster then Garouga and has a much wider range of reach. However unlike Garouga when using Torouga it’s impossible to change directions.

Tsukirouga is a basic spinning attack with much more speed, power and mobility then the basic Gatsuuga or Garouga. It can only be preformed by Shinji when he’s in his Moonshift form.

Tsukimoui is a Taijutsu move. It can only be used when Shinji’s in his Moonshift form. His white fur and bright white eyes will turn completly black and stand up straight. His nails will grow slightly larger. When within reach he will start lashing out at the opponent, due to his chakra even if he misses when it’s close the enemy will be cut.

Physical Description: His body is covered in scars from many battles and missions. He doesn't look to be 75 but almost like Jiraiya but much older. His body is basically muscle but with clothes that are a little too big for him, you would never tell.

Personality: Very short tempered, hates about everyone, and doesn't like to be bothered by people at all.

History: Tenshi was born in the Hidden mist village as a part of the Kaguya, but when he was born the males of the village didn't see any potential in him at all to have the ability to use the bloodline trait. A small group of the older ninjas made an agreement that he would be killed because there were no weak members of the clan. His mother didn't want to loose her child, so she got him out of the village but by doing this she lost her life. Five years later, after growing up with a some elderly people outside of the village, Tenshi came to see that his Clan was now no more. Even at that age, he knew he wanted revenge for what they did to him and his mother but wasn't able to get it. He grew up in the Hidden mist village, becoming a strong ninja but upon hearing the news that there might be clones of his clan around he decided to leave. After many years he came to the hidden leaf village. With the knowledge he had of the Hidden mist he was taken in as a ninja. He has the knowledge of both Hidden leaf and Hidden mist jutsu, along with the mastery of his bloodline trait, he is very deadly.

Clan Description/ Bloodline Abilities:The Kaguya clan with the Shikotsumyaku bloodline limit.

Jutsu Description: He performs this jutsu by changing the humerus of either his right or left arm to create a short bone sword. Since he can increase and compress the density of his bones, he can make the sword harder than steel. He then uses the sword to fight and uses quick slashes and thrusts to attack. Rank C

Description: To perform this dance, he grows several long bone blades out of his body for use as weapons. Though he primarily uses two blades grown from the palms of his hands, he also uses bones grown from his elbows, knees, and shoulders. Rank C

Name:Karamatsu no Mai, 唐松の舞, literally "Dance of the Larch"
Description: He uses this jutsu to create a mass of razor-sharp bone spikes all over his body. He can quickly and easily grow these bones. Just like Gaara perfect defense, he can do this with just a thought of his mind making direct attacks very hard. Rank B
