I find it funny when Kakashi demoted all the mods, s-mods and admins (except Nite) so that at least none of them know about the joke by looking at the IP addresses and knowing that the "new owners" are actually Kakashi and batman555. I really like their reactions towards this whole thing, especially kaz (he was terribly hyper right after he found out that he was demoted XD). I also find it funny that the former mods and s-mods have to create threads for the mod applications to get their titles back. XD I'm pretty sure that lokes and Nite knew about the joke the whole time. Krozar probably knew about the joke from the beginning too.

Since Kakashi and batman555 (and Krozar for the small part) were involved in this, they could only use 2-3 (3 if Krozar's involved) of their accounts online assuming that each has only one computer at home. In other words, Kakashi cannot make Elrond, JJ and Phil G online in the forums at the same time. Same goes for batman555 when it comes to making her 3 "fake" accounts online at the same time. If 3 of their "fake" accounts were online, including their former accounts, the joke might have worked, but it's impossible with at least one computer at home (for each of them).

I think the best part was the idea of switching things to a LoTR theme and the different reactions people had. XD The new rules were great too, there was massive panic and anger going on in that thread.

Yeah, the old staff had to be demoted (for IP and humor reasons), and Kakashi talked to Nite beforehand about this. Nite was also to be kept as an admin to help transition the members under the new ownership. Krozar didn't learn about this until I think the night before. He approached Kakashi about how he thought the whole thing was BS. His involvement included the knowledge of this and controlling Gabriella for a little bit towards the end.

And poor Kazzy. He was so freakin' adorable throughout the ordeal.

I was with him on MSN when it first started, and when he drooled at Gabriella. I was also there when he revealed his suspicions to me. I loved seeing the fanboy side of him.

I figured it out fully eventually, then it was admitted to me, then Jay and Bats thought I was telling people about it, but I wasn't, and I still have the msn convo open to prove it just in case Jay wants a screen shot.
