We have needed new rules for a while.
I say get rid of sigs and avatars and post counts and all of it.
It will make for a much happier place. It will encourage new members too.

If this is for real, I can tell you right now that over half of those mod applications will be dropped on the applicants own accord because most of the members here would not enforce those rules.
