its a good bg, but you should think of blending the stock in the bg next time and making it less mono (one colorish) and probably the placement of the typo but thats probably the last thing. The lightning seems to apear from several angels its cool, but try to make one strong source instead next time all though a really good try.

mmm, I can see improvement over your past work, but you can still do so much more
Try to refine your brushing and try non-mono sigs too

stop putting the stock in one corner and some random typography in the other.

stock as well as typography should be a part of your piece, not some eyecandy in the corners.(normally a tag focuses around a stock, not the stock around the effects)

do that and you've already made progress.

it's nice when someone gives his best in something ,it will look well done
just one remark it will be better if you have used other colors just for creativity and lively

other then this it's fine ,like the highlight and shadow at Youndaime's faces =]

you're improving and that's nice
