terry isnt gonna be able to mod his suit. he's not smarter than batman. you already know that bruce wayne is probably the most paranoid person alive. he would have built in a way to shut down that suit that terry wouldnt know about, just in case bruce ever needed to stop somebody that tried to use that suit.

He does have that shut down function Bruce used it on him the first time he stole the suit, terry knows full well about it.

He made it that he can turn off the suit and electrocute the wearer as well, and if Terry knew his opponent would probably be able to find that out, don't you think within those 2 weeks he will disable it?

if i recall didn't the joker, go toe to toe with Terry with his suit and the only reasson he won was becasue of an old Tim Drake's interferance?
