this is difficult... but at the moment i'm leaning thows blackbolt... I mean, he can stun the HULK, with a whisper?!!! that's a beastly feat, and having the power to destroy planets with the sound of your sound, but Vulcan, is an omega level mutant... I'm on the fence.

I gotta say i feel like BB takes it too. His voice is too dangerous. Vulcan is so powerful through and he has psionic powers too

I remember when Blackbolt performed a suicide attack and virtually destroyed the Earth (he pretty much vaporized everything on it) by screaming out "Masada".

This was Blackblot of Earth-???? and it was in an issue of Exiles.

Vulcan. Ultimate energy manipulator. He's got too many way to beat Blackbolt. Surpress his brain waves and make him a vegtable or reflect his voice.

I don't think he could supress his brainwaves. BlackBolt's power comes from manipulation of the electrons in the matter around him. He can amplify anything about himself. His voice is only one aspect.

And his energy is unique to him alone, no other person in the universe produces soemthing like that. It's not like manipulating the force of Cyclops' optic blast or Havok's Radiation, it's unique in the universe.

I think Blackbolt could do it

Wow good match up Shade I was just thinking about this match up yesterday but man I have to say BB just cause he's voice is just too dangerous. Vulcan would most likely find a way to stun him or something hinder his voice ability just cause he has a vast array of powers.+

blackbolt all day. after i saw what havoc was able to do against vulcan towards the end of that whole arc/battle/whatever-you-wanna-call-it, i think that blackbolt could end up giving vulcan the business.

To hell with that I'm honestly going to have to say it's a tie for now. Because Vulcan has a shit load of powers. The only reason Alex even came back was because, he pulled a DBZ power up and absorbed a freaking sun's energy. (Which was kind of bad ass) I think that Gabriel is on equal level to Blackbolt. In a fight like this it comes down to who makes the first move.

Yeah he does have a point Alex did get a huge power up by absorbing a sun's energy to boost him to tremendous powers lvls and he pretty much powned Vulcan after that but I think now I'm leaning more towards BB though just cause he has more experienced with his powers and overall fighting ability.

the fact that havoc even got the opportunity to do that to him was vulcan's fault anyway. that's kinda what i was referring to, because havoc could have been dead before it got to that point. they both have a lot of power, but black bolt has the experience, trianing and control.

and thats why I'm leaning towards BB because BB has years of training to control his power plus he fights well enough without using his voice.
