Kenpachi would win thiz 1. I know grimm iz pretty strong and fast but we haven't seen him be able 2 get slashed by sum1 that iz as powerful as zaraki. Ken would take sum damage but he'd win.
It doesn't matter if some of his stats like speed weren't as high, he was more powerful and more capable to killing the GJ as an overall fighter thus why he was given the tile of number 5 while GJ is number 6
And if he doesn't use his full skillset and loses? During the fight with Zaraki Noitora was obviously operating at levels lower than GJ. Does that mean he is weaker than GJ? no. Was his arrogance his downfall? yes

Wouldn't it be funny if after the current "Itachi vs Sasuke" & "Tobi vs Konoha 8 Task Force" arc Tobi met up with Pain before pain goes off to capture Naruto and the following occured?
