Yumichika's shikai drains reiatsu, but how it does that has not been shown.

It looks like Kubo is using one chapter to build-up a fight and the next chapter to end it (assuming the next fight is also started in same chapter). I think readers can suffer through that. What I think Kubo may be doing is making us guess if the next fraccion can win or not, and I have a feeling at least one is going to win.

We know that all four pillars are needed to be destroyed to reverse the effect, but I wonder if one pillar is destroyed if it weakens the effect, even to the smallest degree, and that's all that Aizen needs.
