well along with Kenshin ^^ i would say shishio. i mean if he didn't have that boiling point (well not sure how to name it) he would probably defeat Kenshin... and Saitou/Hiko are quite strong...

yeah, I'm also going with either Shishio or Hiko, don't know, cause to be honest, when teaching kenshin the succession technique he was really owning him. But, I like the cape better than the mummy wrapping, lol! and welcome to the club away!
