Hot inferno looks like you were right. I agree about the penalties, its a shame this game could not be decided via play instead of kicks. Seems thats the trend with these later games. Now gonna root for Brazil to kick major French butt.

I think watching this match took at least 2 years off my life. Meh. Psssh Zoey your opinion isn't valid, you want Germany to win. England did well in this match though, Portugal were no threat to us even when we lost our captain and went down to 10 men.

We just suck at penalties.

^ LMAO oh suck it up! They weren't playing as well as they should like Brazil although eh they still made it pretty far so technically they didn't do so bad in comparison to oh say Ghana =P Lol. But nah you guys lost two key players and penalty shots never quite seem fair to me in the end. Anywho what did I say gums? England still wins, on shmexyness alone ^_-.

Portugal are pansies and England is turds. I didn't want either past this stage, I wanted Holland to take it atleast to the semi finals.

My Betting has done well though. Out of the 8 Matches I've bet on I've won on the bet 6/8 times.

I lost on Ghana and Spain. Anyhow, Portugal will just get raped by France in the Semi Finals and we'll all be good.

Portugal was missing two players today from the Holland game because the ref was whoring us with red cards. We get both of them back when we play France, and I think Portugal has a better team and coaching staff than France does. France has Zidane, Henry, and Ribery. Portugal has Figo, C. Ronaldo, Deco and Pauleta. Pretty good matchups in this game.
