Default Re: Suzaku

^^^ Dude one major flaw in your logic is that suzaku says he wants to change brittiana from the inside right but how and the hell can he do that dead. Suzaku has been trying to find a way to die for a very long time even mao who could read his mind said it and then it has been referenced to in alot of the eps. I find him to be a asshole. Leolouche had no choice in when he killed his sister he was ready to accept the peace for the greater good. Things for the japanese people are really bad. Suzaku is looking for something to justify what he did and he hasnt found it yet

It's an anime series, Jesus Christ, turn off your computer for a while and have a time-out.

You are on the wrong forums, then.

This is a debate about a fully developed anime character, just because we hate his guts doesn' tmean he isnt a great character.

1. thank you
2. I hate Suzaku, but I love to hate him. If he died in the next episode, I would be happy as shit(something must bring me out of my Nunnaly death depression), but I could still hate him because the things he has done has affected the series even after his death. My hate for him has made me like the show even more.

^similar sentiments

I hate Suzaku's righteous-to-the-point-of-hypocrisy ways... but I love what he does for the story. Without Suzaku we wouldn't have the emotional tug from Lelouch as he watches his best friend become his enemy.

...and it's kind of interesting to watch Suzaku's character development.... but, well... he's unfortunately becoming more and more of a douche. Can't even stop taking things seriously anymore. =_=

Last I checked, this wasn't the "whiny emo's with no life" forum.

It's the anime serieses forum. You were annoyed that we were arguing about an anime series. Therefore, leave.

Emo for Suzaku. Well from where i sit watching this show Suzaku was more emo the lulu the more i think about it.

But without him the show really wouldnt be interesting. He is built up as a character you love to hate. You want to embrace his ideals, but at the same time you cannot stomach that to do that you would have to be part of the problem. I do think his one dimensional approch to life is the most frustrating part of his personality.

Go here to read japanese light novels. They are the source of many of the shows you love.

I'm not "annoyed" about anything, I was commenting on how Emo you all are, "OH NOEZ I HAET SUZAKU I HAZ NO LIEF", it's an anime series, it's not real, it's fictional, hating a fictional character so much is sad.

Once again.
This is a forum about ANIME!
We are supposed to discuss and share our thoughts about ANIME!
If you think that we are emo for talking about ANIME, you probably shouldn't have an account here.

Are you even reading what I'm saying? You're just completely ignoring my point and choosing to interpret it in a round about way. You. Are. Sad. For. Hating. Suzaku. So. Much. Hard to understand? I think not. Nothing wrong with discussing anime, nothing at all, I do it all the time, but when you start to hate anime characters with a passion, you know you need to turn off your computer.

Now you're getting your point across.
Check your previous wording.
It made it seem like we were emo for talking about anime, not for hating Suzaku.
But here's where you hit a snag.
Hating or loving a fictional character doesn't mean you're emo.
It means that you're analyzing the book/tv show/movie. Ever take an English class?

It's not about "hating" in the conventional sense that's thrown around, I'm not sure exactly how much you dislike Suzaku, but this Son Michael guy would obviously murder Suzaku is he were a real person, his hatred for him goes far, far beyond what your feelings for a fictional character should be, it's very sad.

"Not to this extent" implies that it's beyond the extent that hyperbole generally is...
