Deneve: (thinks) No, we can't stop walking. By right he won't be able to sense our yoki. In his point of view we should be normal people... (to Helen) Let's go, Helen.

(Helen's sword is exposed. Deneve moves over to her side to cover it)

(Man leaves. Deneve breathes a sigh of relief. She suddenly gets a wide slash that cuts her right side, and collapses)

Helen: D...Deneve! (screams)

Man: (turns around and faces them) A bunch of trash...What are you hiding your yokis for?

Helen: You...you bastard...

Man: Such sore eyes, go and turn into ashes now!

(Man deals out a slashing blow. Meanwhile... Dietrich hides behind a tree)

Dietrich: H...how...To happen right now, damn...

(A figure moves forward in the mist)

Dietrich: The Demon...has returned...

If Isley killed Helen and Devene, the author would made Dietrich saying something about it. From what we seen Helen and Deneve are seriously wounded and Isley is about to deliver the fatal blow. Dietrich is hiding from another unknown AB.
I think they have stumbled between a meeting of Isley and Priscilla.

That much we know, but Priscilla is away with Raki. I'm guessing it could be the two sisters Riful was trying awaken, or it could very well be one of them Dragon creatures from the other continent.

Helen and Devene have to be the stupidest Claymore of all time, hahaha. They just wanted to take a look, baka! Devene got cut the hell up, I wonder if they're gonna survive. I dubt it. So if thats Isley, whose that other awakened demon that girl was talking about.

I don' t think all three are going to die. Maybe Deneve or Dietrich one is sliced in two and the other isn' t able to hide her presence and is tired from running and fighting. Short and long haired Claymore are the ones with the highest numbers of deaths in the manga. Helen is a lot more popular than Deneve so Helen is going to survive.
But there is the possiblity that the presence of the other AO might prevent Isley from delivering the final blow. Deneve can recover from serious injuries in little time and Helen has gotten a lot stronger so they came make an escape and take Dietrich with them. Maybe Miria knowing how are those two followed them or sent a squad as backup.
We have until next year to put theories. I heard that the new chapter will be in January.
