Yeah, no problems here either. I had a dry mouth when I was sleeping, but that was more because of the food I ate before sleeping.

So,how is everyone doing? I'm using ramadan for anger management & eating healthier. I already don't eat that much,so it's easy for me.

Getting used to it, my "schedules" are mostly based on when I eat so it was kinda awkward in the beginning but I am getting used to it.

It must be hard for you guys to get through the day without eating and drinking. I know I couldn't do it. You have my respect for that. Even though my respect may not mean much.

Always remember to wake up before sunrise and drink lots of water otherwise the rest of your day is ruined. For me Ramazan seems to be going past faster this year. Already one week down.

@Yoshi, I'm a muslim, so yeah, I fast. I drink a LOT of fluid before sunrise. Especially today, cause I had a match. Really tiresome. And I played the whole 90 minutes to. Ramazan is pretty easy, since I'm used to it by now. The real challenge is going to be in a couple of years when Ramazan is in summer time. Iftar will be at 22:10 or something. The highlight of my day is drinking a cold drink at iftar. The first sip is so tasty and fresh (I usually drink dubbel friss or something). |

What i thought about you was totally different, i don't know why,but that's good to know ^ Well about drink, water is a must here since 75% of your body is made of it, try Gatorade drink which is my favorite, its helps you rehydrate and replenish fluid when practicing hard sports, it's frequently used by athleticsGatorade® + wiki for more details,,,so in case you're going on though moment better drink some of it too along with the dubble friss which i should try it, since by looking at the web it self, it made feel this tropical taste and freshness ) XD And the best challenge will be in summer like you said, i wonder if i will be able to endure the long days and the time you mention for Ifttar. Good luck

You're drinking fluids? You're going to be a companion to the Fire to reside therein (forever).

I would not recommend Gatorade during Ramadan. It has way too many electrolytes in it. The only time you need that much is if you are working out heavy or have the flu-other times it can be bad for you. A good diet when you are off fast and plenty of water is better for you.

After Ramadan is done i will have to carry one my martial arts schedule training and eat as i used to lol Still 2 weeks left , time pass really fast that i even didn't feel we are fast for 1 month The real challenge starts next year in summer this one will be very tough for some people in hot countries ... God bless them ^

Awesome Yosh! I am in the Mess Hall right now at my Uni and eating breakfast. I built my mountain of awesome. Buttermilk biscuit topped with eggs, hash browns, and lots of gravy. Some bacon here too and French toast. I think it was made by a Quebecanese guy though... god damn imposter! Hope you're enjoying your diet though.
