i still think its bs if hitsu gets a powerup to justify fighting a top 3 espada. Ichigo vizard form has done shit to Ulq and he has yet to release. The top 3 should be considerably stronger, Hitsu has struggled against a fraccion before the limiter, didn't put up a good show at Grimm's temp replacement. So to get such a power boost boggles the mind it does and then we've got Ukitake and Shinsui essentially facing the same opponent it seems ludicrous.

I hope he doesn't go avatar state on us and seems a bit convenient if he does since cough cough is one of the most popular characters ever in a manga.

You' re right, I checked after the Pendulum arc, but in the next chapters he isn' t shown. XandorXerxes put it correctly in the second argument the reason I think that Hitsu said those things. Matsumoto hasn' t got ban kai she could even comunicate with her sword spirit. Only if Urahara introduce his method to SS for achieving ban kai she could reach it, but then most of the VC would have ban kai.

not even close. We've seen 1 VC (ikkaku is 3rd seat) who had bankai and 5+ mabe who haven't been shown in combat.

And if i remember correctly, a bankai shuts off only when you are going to die or you do it yourself,so hitsus bankai is still in noob stage lol , so when all the petals dissapear , it might transform to its next stage xD

that's because Luppi was fighting what 4 opponents and underestimated Hitsu. Hitsu still got hurt in his bankai form, you don't get hurt in your bankai form to a trash espada and start mixing it with a top 3 espada. Do you realise how big a jump that is, Halibel is stronger than Ulquiorra.

Also Hitsu almost died fighting a fraccion and not much time has elapsed to justify such a power boost.

Hitsugaya's never really been weak. He underestimated Luppi and it cost him, then Luppi underestimated him and it cost him... Not a good fight to base his power on.

About it being weird if Hitsugaya gets a jump in power...

The only character that has random power ups in Naruto is Sasuke. Bleach steps on what was previously written in the manga to make more plot devices. I feel bad for Hallibel. She's going to be one and done.

The only person in Bleach who gets random power ups is Ichigo. He barely beat GJ only now to think he can take on the man who when he put his all into one attack (using his mask) he only managed to damage the man's clothes. And he probably will beat him this time...although it would be nice if he gets help as that would be okay seeing as he shouldn't beat him on his own.

If Hitsu gets a power up because of his ice petals then that is NOT a random power up. It was already pre-established that SOMETHING happens when those petals all dissappear.

Well who else is supposed to beat Uliquiorra and save Inoue? I'm sorry but powerup or not Ichigo has to do this. This is like Kiba beating Sasuke and returning him to Konoha. It does'nt make sense if anyone else does it. Ichigo will figure something out. I mean now he can hold the mask longer. Only reason I can see why he was beaten by Uliquiorra so easily is cause he dumped all his energy into that one GT instead of actually trying to attack Uli. Either way he'll make it happen. I'm sure of it.

Where is your proof of him losing power when the petals dissapear? That was never stated. That's nothing but an assumption on your part. The flowers could be some kinda countdown to releasing Hyorinmaru's full power or something.

When Shaowlong made his guess about the petals Hitsu was just like, "Yeah...and?" There was no inner monolgue of his thoughts stating that he would lose his power or that he needed to finish the fight quickly. In fact it didn't look like he cared at all.

As a matter of fact...losing his power directly conflicts with the nature of his powers and the nature of ban kai. He can reform it infinitely as long as there is water in the atmosphere. If his ban kai dissappeared after the petals were gone that wouldn't make sense. It conflicts with the nature of ban kai because like Byakuya stated...your ban kai only dissappears against your will when you've gotten the living shit kicked out of you.

I was just saying. I'd have no problems with him getting help...besides all those good guys in Hueco Mundo and one bad guy worth a damn...they've got to do something. Now if Ichigo beats Aizen that will just piss me off.

Hopefully Hitsu gets a power up and matsumoto I think were about to see the full length of her shikai and maybe a bankai but IMO Hitsu should switch with Soi Fon

I doubt Barragan is same level as Yama... it's just his own nature to act like a boss between his fraccions... if he's as strong as Yama, I can't imagine the other 2 former captains giving orders to Espadas, given that they (jin and blind-man) are not even close to Yama's level...

This was somewhat of a boring chapter, hopefully the next chapter will make up for it.

And im stil calling barragan as number one, and at the very least if he's not.........he used to be.

That, or this espada has one serious inflated ego.
