PS3 Discussion Thread

The Realistic Sonic looks nice. Huge fan of the games so I'd prob get it. or atleast open it at the store and play it on the PS3 on display XP

Spider Man looks nice. but I doubt it would be anything good. til now every Spiderman or movie game I played kinda sucked.

I can't wait til Soul Calibur 4 to come out. I'm so gonna buy it O:!

I've already placed an pre-order for the game. and the fact that I'm working in the biggest computer/games store in Israel. I'd prob get it first among the many in Israel
BTW , anyone knows if the game is going to be released at the same date like MGS4? or its going to suck to be a eurofag and I'll have to wait while US and Asia whore the game already?

I agree. SEGA knowz how to screw a game up. but thats something special that they do aswell.. I'd prob just play it at the store. since games like that aren't really worth buying. just cuz the game looks nice doesn't mean it would be good ( example - LAIR , crappiest game ever. trail looked awesome. )

ugh do you guys honestly want to play mgs on the ps3? Its so old and different, your gonna have a hard time playing it after playing mgs4, 3 and 2

For the few dollars it would cost, I would buy it. It was one of my favourite games back then, together with stuff like Pandemonium and Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee.

That and it's the only one of the canon Metal Gear games I'm missing, since my own copy is dead. I hate having an incomplete collection of... Well, anything.

True that. but it's a classic.
I'd prob buy it just to have it. since I don't have the original game. it's something to have it like that.

It's different .. something like creating a PS3 folder with caps and then creating a folder inside called " SAVEDATA " and put it inside.

But NEW UPDATE. 2.4 is up today.

- Friends display has been remodeled.
- Trophies - don't know much about it yet. but for now only games with it atm are games that you can download like " Stardust " or " Pixelart "
-In-game XMB. which gives the player the option to chat with another friend during game and see his trophies.

Looks like a nice update. finally being able to talk during game is nice. hope they improve the XMB more .

Seriously? This news has been everywhere for the last three days. The firmware caused a lot of people problems like locking up on "the wave" when you turn on your PS3. Sony pulled the firmware until they correct the problem

God thank my PS3 didn't get focked up.
I got myself the 60g model which is known to get fucked easily ....

If I didnt have my PS3 I'd kill myself .. still haven't finished MGS4.
And I still got waiting for me to finish - Lost Planet , Folklore , Unreal Tournament 3 , Army of Two and Dynasty Warriors. D:
