I know right. I still got a PS3 though and it's been a year since I bought it so I'm not upset. What I would be upset about is if it was exclusive to 360. That'd mean I'd have to buy a 360. Plus I don't see the point of owning two game consoles to play different games. It's such a hassle.

E3 2008: Final Fantasy XIII Confirmed for Xbox 360

It's confirmed for 360 but only for Europe and NA. That means the 360 is'nt going to pick up sales in Japan because they're not releasing the 360 version in Japan but at the same time Japan's only option to play this is to get a PS3. This is a double edged sword. MS might have cockblocked the sales of the PS3 in the US but they're not going to sell more consoles in Japan which is Square's target audience. I'm puzzled as to how this is gonna work

The way I see it is that they are targetting North America's gaming community, not Japan's. Xbox 360 is the leading console (well, the one with the most consoles sold, with it's 1 year lead) in North America - releasing FFXIII for it could greatly increase their profits. In Japan, everyone pretty much has a Wii or PS3. Xbox 360 isn't really all that popular (or popular at all) in Japan, so releasing it there wouldn't make much of a difference.

Then again, I don't really see the point, since anyone who would be interested in Final Fantasy in the U.S. would most likely have a PS3 and not an Xbox 360.

True. Let's see it like this. People who own an Xbox are rejoicing along the lines of "Yay we don't have to get a PS3 to play this" but at the same time this is'nt gonna help MS sell anymore consoles but Square is gonna sell more copies of the game. In Japan where this and Final Fantasy 13 Versus will still be exclusive to the PS3. So if anything the PS3 sales are gonna pick up in Japan because of this and Versus and Square will sale more copies of the game in the countries in which the Xbox has pretty much reached it's limit, in NA and Europe. Kinda a smart move on Square's part

Meh nothing that big announced. I guess GOW3 and M.A.G. but definitely not as big a bomb as FF13 on the 360. Anyway DC Universe Guy gave me a few lulz(Push-ups and getting cut off with the trailer then just disappearing from the stage after teaser was done).

All you fanboys remember when Square left Nintendo for Sony? FF7 was a ps1 exclusive.... you still get to play it on the PS3, so why complain?

Hey check out the PSN. Sony finally opened up it's movie download store. They got alot of pretty new movies and TV shows up for DL. I'm not really big on movies but I think it's pretty cool. They even got that exclusive anime Xan'd up for DL. Think I'm gonna watch that later.

Before you download it, here's something you'd want to know:
2. The HD version is a rental–after you download it you got 14 days to watch it. Once you play it you got 24 hours until it locks. To be honest that is fine by me; I watch and delete as SOP anyways. But 24 hours is a little short I think. And $4 is pretty steep.
3. The HD version of episode one was 1520mb. Gia reports the SD version is a measily 400.

If you do end up downloading it, you better have HD capturing stuff. Paying $4, just to own 1 episode digitally for 24 hours is fucking crazy.
