Yea it's based off an arcade game and there's no story so it's just mobile suits randomly beating the crap out of each other. I turn off that G Crossover stuff whenever I play. Those full screen attacks just seem retarded to me.

Free battle mode seems so much harder than the arcade mode. In arcade mode, I'm easily fending off 3 God Gundam's at the same time on hard while in free battle, I can barely play 1vs1 against Heavyarms.


Prinny game is out now. Most of the game seems pretty much just like the demo.

hey, my friend has a PSP...
he bought the second naruto game for it, but couldnt play it because his PSP needed to be upgraded...
he started the upload process, but about 10% into the upload, the power switch at the side turned the PSP off...
now, the screen stays black when you turn it on, like as if the screen's black, and there is no sound at all...
someone told me that the PSP's system crashed, but is there any way to get it back to normal?
we tried turning it on and off several times, taking out the battery and putting it back in, switching the battery with a different one, and even removing the memory stick and game, but nothing happened and even now, the PSP is still the same with that black screen...
so far, its been about 3 hours since the crash...
any suggestions as to what i should do?

Your PSP is Bricked because the update files weren't loaded to the PSP.

Either take it back to the store and return it if its a PSP-3000 or hack it if its a PSP-2000/1000

In the underground world of PSP, there are currently 2 motherboards that cannot install custom firmware, the PSP Slim & Lite motherboard TA-088 v3 and their counterpart, the TA-090 motherboard in the PSP-3000. Both are distinguished by the fact that the TA-088 v3 can start in service mode, but it is impossible to save any custom firmware because it checks in the hardware.

For the PSP-3000, it is impossible to start a Pandora battery and there is no doubt that the same security checking IPL has been put in place.

Dark_Alex has commented on this security check IPL... to learn more, see the news Dark_AleX explains the safety of TA-88 v3. A developer, hitherto unknown, brokencodes, found the signature used by TA 088v3 and just published it.

We can therefore expect the next release of a Despertar Del Cementerio adding support for TA 088v3 and hopefully in the future, a future PSP-3000 hack.

@Matthew: You need to hack both, the other i think can be fixed by ChillyWilly's KeyCleaner. The second one needs to be hack in order for it to boot.

Since you don't have a hacked PSP you have no choice but to hard mod the battery. Don't worry, you can still use it if you have Time Machine [ included in PSP Pandora Deluxe ]

U can just update the PSP's firmware through the Wifi terminal. Switch it on and go to Network Updates and u should find the new 5.0 firmware. That is if ur not confident in hacking it manually.

Syfer, the PSP is bricked so the only thing to do is to hack it to "resurrect" it. It's not gonna turn on since there are some files missing.
