Europe won't come with version 1.52, it'll come with version 2.0 which comes with a browser and you guys will also get a white psp when it launches, and no, you can't play pirated games nor homebrew games on anything higher than a V1.50...

what i heard is that it comes in 1.52 installed but at the umd we get the 2.0 is in it (its from a psp forum) but damn that sucks >,< maybe i can downgrade it somehow or that there comes some kind of crack for it caus its SUX :< i wanted to play old snes classics on it like sf2 or mario all star ;_; gay sony :@

nope, pspupdates.com stated 'bout a week ago that it'll come with version 2.0, sorry...and for now, there isn't any possible way to downgrade, only thing i can think of is if you import a japanese/american psp from lik-sang or ebay

hey goku, i'm almost done downloading 1 game, well not bleach.
and my memory card is the one that came with it whcih is 32MB. now wat do i do after the game gets dled?

......oh wow, you only have a 32MB card, i can't help you with that, i thought you would've known that you need a bigger card than that, you're gonna need atleast a 256MB to run something...Bleach is 240MB remember? how the hell is that gonna fit on a 32MB card? sorry man, i can't help you with that...

Voornaamste reden om daarmee te beginnen is natuurlijk de aankomende release van de PSP. Het bijzondere is dat de sticks geleverd zullen worden met de laatste firmware update, te weten versie 2.0, er al op. Eerder liet Sony weten dat ze geen tijd meer heeft gehad om de PSPs die naar Europa gezonden worden te updaten, waardoor standaard 1.52 geïnstalleerd zal zijn.

they say sony didnt had time to update the psp that whent to europe so they are standard 1.52 but the memorycard sticks are included with the latest firmware update...

and nyczsjk if you bought a new memorycard just put it in where the old one is now (it cant be that difficult look at the damn instruction book =_=)and yeah you got to have an usb cabel and connect your psp with your pc.i believe you have to format the memorycard first and then put the game in it (thats again what i read somewhere dont blame me if you did something stupid better wait for ssj7 advise xD)

w/e its in 12 days so i gess i see it there.not that it matters much.im not gonna use my psp for wifi or for internet >_> i just wanna game on it or listen to mp3s and something even watch anime on it. ofcourse SNES games would be super cool....

but i get a feeling that in a month there will be some pc freaks who found out away to still play snes on your psp i just know it! caus if you wanna play snes you gotta stay at 1.5 but if you wanna have wifi (and play umd disc too i believe not sure of this) and internet and stuff you gotta upgrade to 2.0.so people wanna have snes games and pirated games AND wifi ofcourse! and they will make some program or something that can crack the firmdate !

i got it from a site >_> geez and they actually are waiting for the psp and are actually in europe so it matters more to them...but heej not that it matters much. but you know what i really think is ****ed up? that sony is SO ****ing with europe that it makes me sick =/

i mean :
1 WE GET THE ****ING SYTEM LIKE A HALF YEAR LATER
2 we have to pay more for it too (we have to pay 250 EURO for it wich is more then 250 dollar atm)
3 the games wich comes out here is even beyond the price.a game cost i dunno around 40 euro in america (thus 45 too 50 dollar right?) we have to buy it for 50 a 55 euro :|

jeez its not that we are much richer here then america >_> but because the euro is more worth then the dollar then we have to pay alot more for video games huh? thats what sony came up with those ****ing bastards :@

when i said support i meant just sign up and be active maybe donate later but to heaven x the psp going to europe is gonna have 2.0 preinstalled if you dont have a psp yet and u get it there u cant play any hombrew b/c it will have it installed. I personally dont sugguest homebrew b/c alot of ppl's memory sticks got messed up while installing it. so i wouldnt go for it. BUt people have allready gotten windows 95 to install on the psp which i thought was cool. i might sound like a psp freak but i have my website and i have to have all the latest information heh. any more questions anyone?

ok why does sony **** us over here in europe? :@ i even modded my ps2 just yesterday for revenge! i always bought the games from stores but not from this day :@. and how can it mess up there memory card?=/ i mean if something goes wrong you can format it right? anyways i got a friend who had the japanees version of the psp and he can play snes games on it >_<

btw i dont know this so im gunna ask it
with the new firmdates i stiill can play movies on my psp right? i mean not that they blocked it.and with play movies i mean have a movie on my pc then convert it to mpeg4 and then send it too my memorycard. (ofcourse with a 1g memorycard)

uhh y would they block that mp4 function anyways.... if u dont no, they made that part better....now it supports avc... what my site will be hosting now the quality is alot better than mp4

if your memory chip gets currupted there is no way to fix it....
