Did I go too far?

About two weeks ago, I was hanging around with some friends at a movie theater. This asshole from school came up to me and threw a penny at me, saying, "Dive for it, you greedy jew." Now, I don't have a problem with people making fun of my religion every now and then: comedy is fine. But this kid has been annoying me for the past few days. So I told hm to leave me alone. Apparently, something clickd in his tiny head, and he stepped in front of me and said that I was a dirty jew liar and the holocaust never happened. I got pissed here. I kicked his knee cap quite hard, and then punched him in the stomach. There was no real bad harm done, but I think he was on the sidewalk for a good 30 seconds.

So my question is: Did I go too far and let him aggravate me? Or did he get what he deserved?

No, that bastard got what was coming to him. The Holocaust never happened? Chh, his parents are probably some anti-Semetic people.

I laughed hard at that. How come the worst thing you can tell a jew is that the holocaust never happened?

Anyhoo, I would've beaten him to a pulp if he even considered throwing anything at me, not to mention a penny.

The systematic extermination of the jews did happen, yes, but the numbers seem to be quite exaggerated.

And I read some reports where people gathered data and such. They came to the conclusion that it was physically impossible to kill so many people in so little time.

Though violence is usually not the best way to handle things and completely wasted on idiots like that guy. It seem like there is no permanent damage, so I say no harm done. I really wouldn't get in the habit of kicking the crap out of people over words.

Seriously, though, I probably wouldn't have done anything but destroyed him verbally since I've never met anyone who can match me in a verbal skirmish. However, if he did manage to push the line, I would have done everything in my power to break at least one bone on his body, most likely on his head.
