The fuss is that his parents allowed him to get homeschool, so he could concentrate more on the stupid guitar simulator, than his actual education.

This isnt as if he is playing an actual guitar, all he is doing is pretending to play the guitar. The fact that his parents allowed him to switch to homeschool, was so he could better concentrate on his fake guitar skills.

So what this ultimately means is, the parents believe:Fake guitar skills>>>>>>Good education.

Besides some people can never get a hold of studying again once they quit. You were able to do that, but he might not be. The longer he'll wait the harder it'll get

I'm sure the reality is that this situation is significantly less "about" guitar hero than the news makes it out to be. The parents made a simple decision to homeschool their kid. To him, it may be so he can play guitar hero, but I'm sure they had all the normal reasons people ever decide to homeschool their children.

Maybe they have their reasons, but i think that the importance that media gives to the fact that he can play well the video game guitar hero, it's pure stupidity, specially when their parents let him drop out from school for him to play
