Does anyone know how to remove an inscription from a picture? Like if I wanted to remove the 'Naruto rpg' sign from this picture without affecting the background.

well this depend how the words are written sometime you can't remove them and if you try it will damage the pic
and sometime it's very easy for exemple here you can remove most f naruto word since it can be redo bu the problem is the writing on the hair that need an original pic with the same drawing to be able to edit it with out damaging the pic

you can use clone tools or layer to cover the effect of the word it's kind hard to explain here
i will try to see what i can do for it if it's done i will PM to you
