Default [Request] Render Blending Tutorial

I'm looking for a decent tutorial to teach me how to blend in a render with a bg. Well pretty much, a lot of people have been saying to blend the stock in more, so how, exactly?

most blending tuts are pretty fucked up.

general blending works like this:

1st: match the colors of stock + bg + effects
2nd: match the stock's mood with your effects
3rd: use elements of the stock itself to your advantage(basically try to achieve a look that makes you think: is that stock or is it effects?) dont overdo this one though

and last but not least:
never, ever, ever, ever lower the opacity of the stock to make it a part of the whole tag.
