It was time to head to the main hall and give welcome speech. She looked at the familiar faces in front of her and smiled gently to them. There was little Kisu, as cute as ever, little nervous girl had gained some confidence in these past few years and looked so nice there. Just like perfect image of a student. And not far from her was prank master Ken, he looked bit bored, witch meant he was up to something. She would most probably talk to him about some silly thing he had come up later. And the only question was would it be before or after lunch. And all the rest... “Welcome everyone, teachers and students to the new academic year in Konoha’s ninja Academy! I am very pleased to see so many familiar faces here as well as some new ones. My name is Soma Mari, and I am principal here.” ... Shinobi Academy Functions Overview: There are a few basic principles that must be known by students and staff. These are technical rules of the academy, but only concern the conditions and methods of teaching within the school for shinobi itself. From now on these rules apply to everyone participating in this thread. Teacher/Sensei License: After discussion between Martzu and SL, a new rule has been issued concerning those who teach at the academy. This new style of teaching is very new to KM, but should be more proficient than former systems of tutoring. Description: From here on out, the only people who are allowed to teach are people with teacher licenses. These licenses allow you to use the general NPC teachers that govern each class. A select few members who have exhibited the necessary skills and activity to teach appropriately have been chosen to have a license. To get a license, you must contact either Martzu or Sasuke’s Legacy. These members will be switching with each other to make teaching students faster, easier, and more efficient all together. So now, there will be MULTIPLE members using the SAME NPC character to teach students, instead of depending on ONE teacher to take care of an entire class. NPC Teacher Characters Another drastic change to the academy is the usage of NPC teachers. Formerly, the characters that served as teachers to the students were personalized characters made by specific teachers. Instead of using personal teachers, and only one KM member being able to use it, we are now installing very general characters that all/any licensed member can/should use. A sensei(s) should be assigned to a particular class, and licensed members use that sensei in a cycle to teach his or her given class. Licensed teachers:
Characters who are off-Limits: - Soma Mari - Principal (Reserved for Martzu) - Tarento Kokoro - Vice Principal (Reserved for Sasuke’s Legacy) - Urashi Minto (Reserved for Jounin-Kakashi) - Haikami Maylin (Reserved for BrokenAngel) and all those previous academy characters belonging to another RPer. Class Posting Order/Schedule This may be the most fundamental key to the academy’s success. Before this update, there was quite a bit of confusion and delay due to the lack of order in posting. Many would see that the teacher wasn’t posting and would simply not post, while the teacher waited for the others to post before posting again. Now, there will be a set standard so everyone should understand how things should work, and so everyone should understand when something is amiss. This should result in a much cleaner learning system until graduation. The new system will work as such: A licensed member should post some sort of assignment/lecture/post for the class to respond to. (These post are tried to make twice a week depending activity in Academy. Days are Sunday/Monday and Wednesday/Thursday.) These teacher posts must be CLEARLY LABELLED FOR A SPECIFIC CLASS! After this post, every student has THREE DAYS to make a reply post with his or her character’s response. Once three days is up, a licensed teacher has ONE day to send another post as an NPC sensei. The system should continue like that. If a member who missed their chance to post as their student in the three-day interval, simply write a make-up response in the next time portal for students. This system should cut down on confusion/lack of activity. Academy classes Class 1 - 2 is for 7 - 8 years old - They are studying basic skills. Using kunais, shurinken und such. Basic movements of martial arts and techniques. Physical fitness and the way of the ninja. Class 3 - 4 is for 9 - 10 years old - They are studying chakra control. Boosting their movements with chakra ext. Strategy lessons. History of warfare. Usage of other equipments, pills, wire, mirror and so on. Class 5 - 6 is for 11 - 12 years old - They are learning basic academy jutsus; Kawarimi no jutsu, Henge no jutsu and Bunshin no jutsu. When student has learned all academy jutsus it's time for graduation exam. When time comes, please PM someone with sensei privileges and exam can take place. Student will learn jutsus by going into special lectures. Announcements From 20th of April new system and rules are on. Hint to write learning post : You can tell how forming chakra feels, what feels easy and what difficult to your student when learning the jutsu. Also responding to the actual lecture impress sensei, because it means someone have been listening. _______________ Jutsu lectures: Loudspeaker was turned on. “Students of class 5 and 6, it is time for jutsu lectures. In class 305 is Kawarimi no jutsu, 307 is Henge no jutsu and 310 is Bunshin no jutsu lecture.” Note: character can only take one lecture at the time. Class 305 Lecturer Takahiki watched as students stared to find a seat and let them put on equipments to make notes before he started. “Good day to you all, boys and girls. I am lecturer Takahiki and today I will introduce to you Kawarimi no jutsu.” He walked to the door and looked at the hallway. No late arrivals, good. He closed the door and walked back behind lecturers table facing his audience. “Kawarimi no jutsu is also known as Change of Body Stance Technique. In this jutsu shinobi will substitute themselves with an another object. It is mostly used in situations where shinobi needs distraction, either to flee or to get to the goal. “As you have learned chakra is combination of energies in our bodies. Part of it comes from your physical body and another part comes from mental and spiritual energy. To perform an any level of jutsu, user has to put these two energies together and release them. Amount of chakra you need depends on many things, like jutsu’s difficulty level, size and how complex it is. Basic ingredient in every jutsu is usage of your chakra. And the key to making desired jutsu is correct hand seals.” Lecturer showed jutsus hand seals to the students. ”Now we well practice these for awhile.” He sat down to observe students and how they managed to pull it thru. When all seemed to practise enough he got up again. ”To perform a jutsu you need to put together your chakra and hand seals. It is good to see so many of you here willing to learn one of the basic ninjutsus, Henge no jutsu. Henge no jutsu is transformation technique. It allows ninja to transform into any person or object. Two biggest benefits of it are how it allows ninja to move with stealth and to trick opponents. Only limit it has is users imagination.” Lecturer Hanuri looked around to see how students were taking his words. “As you have learned here in Academy, chakra is combination of energies in our bodies. And today you will learn theory of Bunshin no jutsu, clone technique.” Lecturer Hajosiko drank sip of water before he continued. “In bunshin shinobi creates identical copy of himself or herself without substance. Copy can act just as the original to the point where it is attacked or comes into contact with an opponent. Raiken was inside the academy he was listening to the principle's introduction. Raiken was brand new to the village he came from the village of cloud he had the cloud symbol on his right arm. Raiken sighed as he continued to listen to the principle as she spoke. He was starting to get excited his first time to learn in the village of Konoha. Raiken ran his fingers through his spikey hair. He then began to look around to see the other students. He wondered who he would be eventually paired up with if he passes the genin exam. He couldn't imagine him failing he was promised by his parents to gain their family amulet if he passes.

2 whole years have gone by in a blink of an eye... Yuzu sat there as the Principle spoke... Her hands resting between her legs as she sat up straight and listened... She was 2 years older and boy did she didn't feel like it.. She grew a bit taller but that was the only change... Her face still just as cute and innocent like 2 years ago...

Looking at the sky Shinsei sat on a rock as he waited for the official anouncment of the genin teams. He graduated the academy, and it was time to met their sensei. His team mates had yet to arive but the Sanada was confident that it would be a good team. "Well I hope it works out as a team..." He didn't know who he would make a team with, but Shinsei was optimistic. This place seemed like a nice one for a fight, although he was more excited to meet his team, formally and for the first time. However the anouncment would be made in the class room, so the gray haired boy stood up and went there. Entering the class soon enough Shinsei took a seat in the third row on the far right and looked around. It seemed as if the people were still gathering. ----------------------------------- Sitting in a corner of the class room a relativly tall Hakumei sat around looked up at the ceeling. He didn't care much who he would form a team with, as long as he could continue to become stronger. As long as it's not with Tasumi or the team leader is Kokoro everything would be fine. Or should at least be. "Hmmm seems like there are a lot of teams..." His blue eyes looked at them, most of those children were unknown to him and Dajiro didn't care much about most. He would become strong, and he'd continue to develop his business. Showing weakness was not something the Hakumei did. But at this point the blond was interested in whos team he would be in.

Two years has past and there sitting rather bored and fiddling with his face mask while sitting on the desk was Ken with his trenching knifes in his hands and scraped them together making a small scraping sound. "Hmm I'm now a genin....I hope and I really can't wait to see who's in my team and who's my sensei"Ken said to himself wondering what to do while he waited

Leena sat in desk and no longer wondered about Tasumi, he had been gone two years and it still hurt, she was with Shiki now though and she looked around for him. It was hard to believe they had been together two years now but they had. Still....sometimes I wonder....why did he leave.... She sometimes wished she could see Tasumi just one more time, but mostly she just tried to leave it in the past, it was hard to think about and she loved Shiki and was with him now. She sighed as she waited for him and to see who she would be in a team with. ------------------------------------ Rayne sat in her class and looked around, she couldn't believe two years had gone by and they were going to be put in their teams, she couldn't wait, she was really excited. I wonder who I'll be in a team with..... She sat there her leg shaking nervously and hoped she would get put in a team with good teammates.

Raiken sighed as he felt left out everyone was moving on to genin rank but him. He sighed as he ran his finger through his hair and looked around as he wondered when class would begin. He went to room 310 and sat down as the teacher was talking. He was listening to every detail and took notes. He wanted to be good at this and had to remember it every bit of it.
