Good artists/band recommendations thread - Page 3

For people who somewhat needs inspirations sometimes, I find that Dream Theater is a quite helpful band.
Instrumental, musical, you have many styles in there and long songs to keep it up.

Was wondering if anyone could recommend some great Jazz/Blues albums/artists...

Always been a fan of the genre(s) but, all the songs I've listened to were on CDs that belonged to my father and, I don't remember the artists' names!

B.B. King
Louis Armstrong

I also recommend Monday Michiru. Her songs are very relaxing.

From what I can hear, Duke Ellington and Etta James sounds reaally good. (Already have most of Louis Armstrong's work)

Think I'll try those two first...thx a lot Batman (lol, It's just so funny to say thanks Batman...sounds like a person who's just been saved by the real him in a movie/comic/whatever)

Industrial
Assemblage 23 -every song is good
Apoptygma Berzerk -every song is good
Conjure one -most songs are good, done by a guy from FLA (Frontline Assembly)
Frontline Assembly -many good songs
Rammstein - many good songs, german
KMFDM - some good songs
LCD Soundsystem - Tribulation is awesome, some other decent songs
Sonic Mayhem - don't have singing in their music but have a bunch of good tunes
Delerium - many good songs, more like pop than industrial but its done by the same guys from FLA. If you listen to a lot of FLA first you'll like it more.

For those of you not familiar with Industrial music it is kind of a blend of rock and electronica.
