Ok, i'm a bit ashamed about this, this guitar needs a good cleaning. I basically haven't touched it since i got my new fender. Yay for rusty strings and bridge xD

Headstock close up: Notice the nice finish on the letters (silver/bold) unlike standard fenders and notice the LSR Roller Nut with locking machine heads.



The mexican fender and the les paul are currently at teh music shop. The les paul is getting all silver hardware and some neck adjustments, the fender is getting 2 Dimarzio YJM pickups and the trem will be made floating again

i realy don't know man... it was my sister's and she stoped playing it so i owned it =]

Gomu whatta you think of fd's guitar? I think one of those thin ones. Look at the depth of the thing.

I'm not sure, it does look pretty thin though. It could just be an angle trick, but the body does look thinner than normal, and the neck join seems to come in thinner too.

The clean channel on the hot rod is amazing, I want to find a pedal to sort the distortion though. It's so close to being right, but it just needs one little extra thing to make it what I want.

I just noticed your fender, that thing is really rusted! Even the bridge has gone. oO This might be a warning to sort out my SG actually, I haven't touched that for a long time either.

That fender is at the shop currently, getting all new hardware, same goes for the LP.

b@s, ppl usualy telling my tht tmy guitar's neck wider then other, but the body seems thiner to me as well, i havn't played alot of classic guitar's so i can't tell =]

Ah nice, I'm going to put my Jem in the shop soon too. Floyd Rose + over a year with no setup = bad intonation. I just need to general maintainance stuff done to it.

I'm tempted to look into that Buzz Feiten tuning/intonation thing too, they change the nut of the guitar and adjust its position slightly to give perfect intonation.

hey btw, can anyone tell me what's the diffrence between a regular STRAT/TELE and HIGHWAY?
