It's already in theaters. It came out August 2nd. The anime usually shows clips of the movie in the opening to boost moviegoers around the second or third week of release. We don't know when the release date for the DVD will be. Once the DVD is out it should be a little less than a month (if I remember correctly) before a subtitled version for you to download hits the internet. I guarantee anything you see on the internet now or for the next year will be fake.

To give you a comparison here was the timeline of releases for the first shippuden movie.

Released in theaters : August 4th 2007
DVD release : April 23rd 2008
DB subtitled release: I forgot but it was sometime in May I think.

Didn't say the DVD had come out, just the film, it took from August until April for the 1st shippuuden movie to be subbed.

It was directed towards Naruto320 because for somereason it didn't show me poncho's answer.

The sub usually comes out a couple of weeks after a dvd release of the movie in Japan, which is about a year after the film airs in Japanese theaters. The subbers cannot control the dvd release date.

Has it been confirmed that they actually meet? I remember in the last movie It looked like some things happened in the trailer that didn't really happen in the movie.

from what people have said and from th trailers, yes i think they do meet in this one, although someonee was saying that Sasuke doesn't get as much screentime as you would think.

Yeah I was pretty sure that Sasuke wasn't going to play a major role. He's just there to get japanese girls into the seats.
