pls post the chapter where madara said itachi was going easy on sasuke...he was weaker, yes thats why the susano'o killed him and i also see that itachi had no intention of killing sasuke but itachi said it himself that without the susano'o sasuke would have won. also susasno'o / gen sword is itachis strongest defece/attack itachi was weakened but sasuke pushed him to his limits...limits that his disease wouldn't let him handle thus dieing.

its just another eye technique, the reason it looks so overpowered is because it wields two supernatural items but that power isnt from the susanoo technique and that was also never said that it was his most powerful

madara was taling about the past attacks itachi put on sasuke.

im not misreading the chapter at all

u can clearly see that itachi was on his death bed the only reason he fought sasuke is because he wanted sasuke to have the satisfaction of dying before his eyes

we know for a fact that itachi didnt want to kill sasuke, he couldnt kill sasuke, his whole plan involved him dying and sasuke living

when ure not trying to kill someone in a fight to the death thats a handicap, that makes u weaker because u cant use ure full potential, next he wasnt fighting seriously because if he had sasuke would be dead, itachi had the power to own oro in 1 second if he was being serious he could have done the same to sasuke

read the panel right after madara says if he wanted u dead u would be, sasuke says "he even tried to kill me with his MS" again that goes directly back to the quote "if he was serious u'd be dead"

to sum up my points, itachi obviously wasnt at full power, in fact he was severly weakend and yet he didnt put all his effort into the fight, he wanted to make sasuke use up all his chakra thats y he used so many techniques but he still wasnt trying that hard to fight sasuke, this just shows how far above sasuke itachi was, on his death bed he was still more powerful then sasuke and ill say it again if he wanted to kill sasuke, sasuke would be dead right now

omg ur soooo fucking annoying i'm sorry but everything u said right there totally has nothing to do with what i've said i know everything that u just said....itachi was measuring sasuke with his attacks. he knew sasuke could break out of the genjutsu and even the ms's he knew that sasuke would dodge the amatseru or however u spell it.

however itachi needed to go all out on sasuke to prevent himself from dieing...

im going to slow down so u understand this time,

yes, the entire fight was part of itachi's plan but since he's not trying to kill sasuke then he isnt fighting to his fullest ability

k so if ure not fighting to ure fullest ability then ure not going all out

if u want to argue that he had to use all of the chakra he had in his fragile state then fine argue that but u cant argue that he gave it his all to win

let me use a real world anology here

say im fighting someone who wants to kill me, they use every weapon that they have just to fight me

me on the other hand not wanting to hurt them put foam padding on all of my weapons so that while they could still somewhat hurt the person but they arent going to seriously damage them or come close to killing them

now when i attack i am not giving it my all because i dont want to kill or hurt this person, i might use my most powerful weapons but ive still put safety padding around them thus meaning i am not using my weapons to their full ability or even using what i have to my full ability

itachi couldnt give it his all because he still had to look out for sasuke the entire fight

You could only go so far when you have no intention to win or is being kept alive by some kind of drugs when you were suppose to be dead and almost blind. Even if Sasuke pushed Itachi to his best when he was in this state i doubt it was even half of his full potential if he was at full.

the only time itachi held back in tha fight was with susano'o other than that sasuke played his cards right and yes itachis ameratsu could have killed sasuke but he knew sasuke was at a level where he could dodge it.
for the 5th time in a row i'm going to tell u tachi was pushed to his fullest to live without susano'o itachi was dead and that was the only time itachi held back on sasuke

itachi held back, he wasnt pushed to his fullest ability, everything was planned out like u said

even itachi dying was part of the plan, so get this itachi controlled the entire fight, even in death, that means his death was planned and staged to make sasuke feel like he killed him when in actuallity sasuke didnt push itachi to death at all

dude he could have just transfered his eyes in the beginning and told him the truth the begin with, but he needed to play out the fight so that Sasuke will go through with what Itachi is trying to make him do.
