Amaterasu would absolutely kill Tsunade, the black flames can burn for 7 days until it's target is completely destroyed, hell it even burns fire

. For those who say Tsunades healing would still take care of it, look at the saanin fight, her immortality jutsu has a time limit, even with that jutsu on i still think that it would be too much and kill her.

But yea Tsukiyomi would totally mess up her mind unless she can learn to fight like Gai and keep away from his eyes, but 1 slip and she's done for.

We don't know if the clan Senju was a clan of blood, like the Hyuga, or just a clan made up of warriors or mercenaries. But my theory makes sense considering Tsunade was his grandaughter. Meaning the theory was meant for Tsunade only not the whole Senju clan in particular.

I don't know how this is even an argument After the sasuke fight it is clear to me a healtby itachi could beat any currently living ninja other than pain and madarra. Itachi should have been the 5th hokage.

dont forget that Tsunade is from Senju clan. It said that Senju clan was above than Uchiha clan, but Uchiha clan was the only ninja back then could fight equally against Senju clan because of "Sharingan".

just take a good look if a Uchiha clan dont have sharingan, they be useless. cant predict the next opponent move or copy their technique, its all over LOL>

Also we havent seen Tsunade doing some Serious Action This LATELY, you guys keep taking TSUNADE FROM DA PAST. we dont know HOW STRONG SHE IS RIGHT NOW.

Maybe if she can pour some acid rain like Reptile from MK or do some crap HELLFIRE like scorpion that would pwn Itachi.

One of Tsunades big weaknesses is the love of those she loved, just look at the sannin battle she was actually considering using naruto and j-man to bring her brother and lover back. We have seen how traumatised by Dan's death, it gave her an extreme fear of blood, Tsuyomi is basically an instand win unless you have a shringan and can you imagine what seeing your lover and brother die over and over and over agin for 72 hours, it would total overload her mind.

What arguements can even be made for Tsunade?

Her speed isn't anything to brag about, her taijutsu can be cancelled out by Yata's mirror, her body, and Huge ass slug can be taken out by tsukuyomi, and not to mention Itachi would just shit on her in any aspect of ninja ability.

Her healing would do her absolutley no good in this battle.

I think Tsunade will over come that problem already since she already lost her lover and also jiraiya. that would make tsunade become more stronger and probably able to access and read the 1000 thousand secret jutsu scroll that only kage are allowed.

so ^_^ who knows, we haven't seen it yet. but mostly when u lost someone special u will have to overcome it and become strong. Just like when Tsunade about to lose naruto, she was able to overcome her blood disease

It wasn't a disease it was a phobia. But yea who knows, although i still give it to Itachi mainly because any 1 of his 3 MS jutsu could severly weaken her and most likely kill her.

Itachi will destroy tsunade easily because he's to fast and his genjutsu's is too advanced and he has ms and all he has to do is use tsukuyomi and show her her loved ones getting killed or he can use amaterasu and kill her almost instantly he wont even need susanoo for this fight... she doest stand a chance against Itachi..And her summons wont work on Itachi because he can just amaterasu on it....Theres only 2 or maybe 3 ninja's that can beat Itachi and tsunade's not one of them
