Well we've seen a total of 7 now, and I put them up on the OP(opening post). So you can go check it out. And he uses 6 bodies at a time, one for each path. But he probably has tons of bodies.

peins not really in the anime tho is he? well he appears in it but hes just like a shadow with eyes lol and you dont learn anything about him in the anime

The closest thing to Pein they have gotten to in the anime is his shadow in the capture gaara arc and since i read the manga it seems lke it would be a while till they get any closer
