yeah it's true, I'm surprised no one made it before, Tobi should've been a pretty popular character by now, since there's so much mystery around him and stuff.

As said before, there were a FC but it closed. Probobly before the Kakashi server clean up.

Of course we need a FC for our moost goofiest character since Naruto if not even more.
