History: He was found in the woods in nothing but a basket full of hay, a women found him and raised him as her own b4 passing, he then decided to stay around and protect his village from all trouble in the shadows.

Physical Description: Tsume is a tall, skinny sixteen year old. He wear his dark blue Kanoha headband on his forehead. He has long shiny like black hair that goes down just a tad bit below his shoulders. His hair is parted in the front for him to see but usually gets in his eyes anyway. He wears a sand colored chunin vest that has long shoulder pads branching out both sides. Under his vest he wears a black long sleeved shirt. He wears baggy black shorts that go down to his knees. He wears a black, fingerless glove on his left hand but nothing on his right hand.

Personality: Tsume is pretty quiet around people he does not know but he turns into almost a completely different person when he is around friends or family. Around them, he is energetic and kind. But one thing you do not want to do is make Tsume angry!

Likes: Tsume enjoys many thing such as swimming and hanging out with friends. Tsume also likes to show off his skills and impress people. He also likes making bets about anything and everything.

Dislikes: Tsume dislikes very little, but at top is losing. He hates losing fights, bets, you name it and his worse fear is loosing.

History: Tsume was born into the Uchiha family and raised like a normal kid until it was time to go to the academy. That is when his father pushed him and pushed him to become the best. Tsume endured dangerously difficult training that lasted hours and hours. At the time Tsume hated his father for this but he now realizes that his father made him the strong fighter he is today.

Jutsus:
Sharingan partially activated - One Swirl:
This is the first variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop one of the wheel swirls.

Sharingan partially activated - Two Swirls:
This is the second variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop two of the wheel swirls.

Sharingan fully activated - Three Swirls:
This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique:
Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique:
Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique:
Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
