Kakashi Bloodlust?

Kakashi6th the last time I checked you can get out of shape from being lazy. As for him picking up his training it could be because of Itachi's visit to Konoha, and his reason for not doing much before that point could be because he was already recognized as the top Jounin in Konoha.

You can also get out of shape because you need bed rest from chakra exhaution after every battle.

The idea that Kakashi needed to face Oro and the Akatsuki for him to realize that he needed to get stronger is wrong. Kakashi isn't that naive, he knows the limits of his skills and how there are always those who are stronger than him. In the very first arc, Kakashi tells Naruto "In this world, there are ninjas younger than you, but stronger than me."

One of the major themes of Naruto is the "will of fire". That what makes a ninja truly strong is not the pursuit of power, but the will to protect the ones important to you. The idea of Kakashi getting stronger because his will to protect has grown stronger as he's formed bonds with Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura fits this theme. And it's just not Kakashi getting more jutsus, he's physically gotten stronger, his chakra capacity has noticably improved since the beginning of Naruto.

I don't think his chakra exhaustion has any relation to being out-of-shape ^_^!!! His non-Uchiha blood causes the Sharingan eye to use much more chakra than it normally should.

Since the Mangekyo Sharingan is a heightened form of Sharingan. It tends to use that much more chakra...

Even if Kakashi is in the best shape of his life... he would still land up bedridden if he used his MS for long!!!

Kakashi6th, I like your point of view. The way I have always seen Kakashi is that he is a great man in a great time, he just didn't realize it at first. When he took on his first students (we later found that this was a very emotional task after Kakashi Gaiden. His loyaltys to others are very tied to his heart) It looked like Sasuke was going to be the Alpha and that he was the real diamond, hence teaching him Chidori etc.

However, as time went by and Sasuke left for Orochimaru and Naruto and Sakura showed their true potential, Kakashi realized that he had in a way left his other students behind. By focusing on Sasuke, he neglected the others. Now that Akatsuki has shown their cards, Kakashi finds himself in the middle of something truly epic.

In response to the OP, no, I believe that without Akatsuki Kakashi would not be who he is now. I think that his history made him into something of an emotional/mental hermit and he was afraid to let people into his heart and he was prone to doing what needed to be done, rather than aspiring to be great, hence his stand off-ish personality. Now, his eyes are open. He sees that being impartial is no longer an option and he is thirsting to live up to his full potential.

Sort of like if there was a soldier who was far more talented that all of the others in the military, but there was no war to fight. The smartest student in class often cruises by getting B's and C's because he is bored. When a true challenge is presented, their true potential is realized. Kakashi is not the supreme badass, but rather a great man in a great time realizing his greatness.

Yeah, Kakashi is the copy ninga, so he needs his left eye to copy justsu(which he is really good at) and the only reason he is using his MS, a technique which destroys the sharigan, is because he had to develope stronger justsu, which he didn't need to use until he started to fight the hugely strong Akaksuki.

Kakashi did think he could change Sasuke's mind about leaving, and to have one your favortie students leave for someone more powerful probably opened his eyes to get his ass in gear.

I don't think the hokage can beat him either, the only thing Tsunade can do is slap ppl around with here super human strength. He could read her movements with the Sharingan and dodge her punches/kicks, and easily beat her.

she has far more experience than he does, and if superhuman strength was her only attribute as a fighter then naruto or sakura would be hokage.

she'd body bind him and he'd be trapped while she slapped him around

Kakashi has gotten really strong at the shippuuden he even got the Mangakyo Sharingan and he can keep his normal sharingan open of a long time(remember when he collapsed after the short fight with zabuza?).

Kakashi may not be as strong as Tsunade, but he's close. He could probably come close to killing her, just like Kabuto did. I don't think he really has more bloodlust either, I think he's always been ready to kill his oponent.

I have to agree with you on this one since Kakashi has shown before the time skip that he was willing to kill his opponent when it came time to.

Kabuto didn't almost kill Tsunade. She was unable to move because of her fear of blood and Naruto stepped in before Kabuto could do anything.

True, but... you have to remember that at that particular point in time she hadn't been in the business for years. After all those years of inactivity she was still able to give Orochimaru a run for his money. Keep in mind that all of the sannin had a handicap in that episode. But now, after being Hokage for almost three years, I'm pretty sure she can kick anyone's ass. Even Kakashi's.

Anyway. I expect that the fighting will continue in two chapters. The next chapter will consist of naruto's unit and Hebi locating the Akatsuki members and vice versa. After that, Deidara and Tobi will likely ambush Naruto's unit, which Kakashi will no doubt expect and counter, especially since he has Hinata and Kiba on his team. Deidara and Tobi will be ousted within four chapters. Hebi will notice the fighting and hone in on it. Hebi knows that Naruto is Itachi and Kisame's target, so they will lie in wait for Itachi and Kisame to appear, since they would likely attack when Naruto's unit is tired out.

if ur gonna complain she relied on her magic seal, then ill complain when kakashi has to rely his sharingan lol its the same thing more or less

as for kakashi's bloodlust...he doesnt have more of a bloodlust and nor has he improved much the only thing thats changed is he has the MS now, with its immense power has now given him courage to stand up to people as strong as oro for example...without that itd be the same old kakashi

kakashi improves and will continue to improve no matter what. He knows that "In this world, there exists kids younger that you...yet stronger than me" so even with his high skills, he will still train, not because he knows he's weaker than some to the shinobi, but it's because he must be strong in order to protect his comrades and his village no matter the cost!

so in order to protect those he care about, he will always train to get stronger even though we seldom see him train, but he is constantly coming up with techniques and learning from his surrounding!
