Well we would just have to wait and see whether sasuke goes all out or waits for a chance like he did with orochimaru ..We should consider the possibility that as sasuke doesnt have any attachment with leaf Madara might even convince him..

Sasuke, despite his emo gayness seems to hold Naruto in the same regard. He just making dumb choices.

But joining Madara would be his last dumb fuck move though. Hell I'm sure Sakura would kill him at that point.

We still don´t know what Tobis/Madara aim is and why he need Sasuke. I really hope that he don´t want his eyes/body or something like that. That would be pretty boring and predictable. It would be an intresting plot if Sasuke would join Akatsuki. Akatsuki is still searching new members as a replacement for Deidara/Kakuzu/.../...

But I don´t believe that Sasuke would join Akatsuki with his own free will. I would say that Madara/Tobi need to manipulate him if he want that Sasuke join Akatsuki.

I don't see Madara being that rigid. Makes more sense to have a wiling Sasuke fully commited to seeing Akatsuki's goals through.

And I'll say it again: Sasuke joining Akatsuki is nothing more than bad fanfiction. There'd be no reason for him to, especially now that he knows that the guy in front of him is the one he has to kill. And if Sasuke DID join, it would only be until he could kill Madara, and Madara's not retarded. But more importantly, why would Madara want him to join Akatsuki? Akatsuki is just an organization that Madara set up, apparently to collect the bijou and further his own goals, whatever they are. Basically, Akatsuki is no longer the big enemy here, it has been reduced down to Madara and Pain.

Akatsuki will be obsolete soon enough, if it isn't already.

Kishi can pull an Scryed and have them beat the shit out of each other until their just 2 bloody lumps of flesh, I doubt them being on the same side or not matters. With Uchiha arrogance, theres always room for conflict. (I know that was probably only in the anime but just trying to make a point)
