but like u im positive that itachi is good but since the proof isnt 100% there its just as easy to wait two more weeks to find out the truth

also im pretty sure that a while ago cane said that he wouldnt believe that itachi was good unless he's told that madara controlled him, now hes said its a possability so at least this week made huge progress for the itachi is good front

aso kisame was most likely fighting with the 4tails thats the only time we've been told so far that itachi and kisame were apart

i agree completely, unfortunatly alot of people have a tough time believing that itachi was actually good so id rather wait untill the evidence is irrefutable to make absolute claims since it will just bring about circular arguments that will solve nothing

Sasuke's story about Itachi is one thing and Itachi's life story is another thing..so which one is which...is Itachi really protecting Sasuke and killling all off the clan to prevent future disasters is a good thing or a bad thing? In my opinion, I think Itachi might've killed clan off is to gain tobi's trust and to learn more about the real purpose of the clan's secrets that has been locked away..or to gain more power...Mayb Madara is planning more than jux to distroy Konoha . After all, Itachi keeps motivating Sasuke to gain power through hatred..which really prep strive Sasuke to have a face off with Itachi himself and to destroy Madara...4 the sake of konoha in a twisted way mayb. Jux in my own opinion..^^

Answer me this, can you honestly tell me what purpose itachi lying about killing his clan would serve?

Somebody is lying, either its madara or itachi.
So until the next chapter, we dont know anything for certian.

I dont assert somthing to be true, unless there is valid reasoning behind it.
At this point, the advocators for itachi's benvolance are required to wait two weeks, before they get their possible proof.

Becuase at the moment, there is more evidence againts, than for it.
Going around making baseless claims then rejoicing when you happen to be right may seem all well and good above the layers, but its actually just stupid.

Rejoice when you are right becuase you have had reason to be right.

Itachi was lying to Sasuke. Not everything. Itachi is lying about something and Madara is telling truth




When revisiting the older chapters, Itachi kept on talkin about reality is only perception and don't judget things on based on what you see.

He's also bipolar which is freakin weird. btw it was never confirmed that he killed shushui, he was the prime suspect. But no one knew about Madara back then. Itachi knew...

You have to listen to Itachi's words very carefully when he talks about MS he said to unlock MY MS you need to kill your best friend. Thats only the requirement for Itachi's Kakashi's is different but I guess its brought on by blaming yourself not actually killing for best friend. As for Madara and his brother we have no idea what MS they had or what it does but Madara's brother's MS looks just like Itachi's but Madara's looks different.

When Itachi was talkin about killing to obtain MS is to obtain the eye. But you can still get MS without killing. You need to kill and get the eye to get EMS

Not a bad chapter. Ameretsu hit Madara head on and it didn't hurt him.I wonder how he lived through that.o.o There was one thing I was annoyed about with this chapter.And that was not getting to see Madara's whole face.

Anyone who didn't see this coming isn't paying attention.

I've talked about this in previous discussion threads, but Sasuke's eye bled shortly after he got tapped on the forehead. It was quite clear that he had achieved MS right then and there.

It's crazy how Sasuke's world is about to get rocked though. Everything he's ever worked for turned out to be a lie and a misdirected way of protecting him (which, if you think about Itachi's character, really isn't surprising either. He loved his genjutsu and misdirection)

It's too bad Itachi had to die. I have no idea how Sasuke can possibly hope to get out of this one. I don't think Itachi counted on Madara picking Sasuke up right after their battle. I'm not worried though, Sasuke has a history of backstabbing so far, so he may pretend to be in cohorts with Madara, only to fuck him up later. I can't wait.

im guessing itachi knows of madaras plans and gave sasuke his eye techniques to defeat him like itachi said madara isnt as strong as he once was so im guessing either sasuke will kill madara,become partners with him, or sasuke will die i guess well have to wait and find out

Itachi is dead for now at least, sasuke has been which Oro for 2 and a half years and bringing people back to life even if it wouldn't help his revenge is something I'm sure sasuke would want to know using it to revive the clan maybe. He might bring Itachi back to confirm everything Madara has said or because he believes Madara and doesn't want to have killed Itachi for no reason.
