Well I notice alot of people are saying " The third ordered this" "The third ordered that".. I mean remember it was a team effort. It says the third, danzou and the two konoha advisors.

Whats interesting is Madara said he wasn't suppose to know this but he did know everything about Itachi. So to me this either means he just figured things out on his own or he had a spy or something..

Oh well, Itachi was ordred was he, for some reason i think Madara is telling the truth with his spin on it to use sasuke in some way.
Like someone said, uchia clan was somewhat shady if u remember back to itachi becoming anbu, they told him to tell them evrything that happened in anbu and if he didnt they would find out.


Shodaime gaiden yay,even if it will be told through the spinn of madara it be worth it, for some reason im starting to feel bad for ol 9 tails after seing the pic in this chap, its like he is treated like a bad pet by evryone ( uchiha/konoha ).
If i dont remember wron poor 9 tails is like 9000 years old acording to legends ( 1000 years for evry tail of something like that ), it must be kinda depressing having thgese ninja punks toying with him

ill agrea this chap raised yet more questions and answered very little, but the 4 who r supposed to know all about itachi makes me wonder what is behind evrything here, makes me think something was revealed by the 4th or after the 4th died that might have forced them to act, if uchiha was resposible for 9 tails attacking the village it could be the motive.

i loved that madara called shodaime the greatest ninja of his time and once more makes shodaime someone who must have been a monster in fights.

2 more weeks to next chap, then again it's not like i expect evrything revealed in that chap, im starting to wonder if kishi is drawing out the revealing to chap 400 of madaras current face, but i dont mind if we get some gaidens to tell the past even though madara is bound to paint it with his own twist.

q1: do you think that konoha wanted to eliminate uchiha clan .. so they assigned itachi to do it ?!

For a while I've though that the Uchiha clan were up to something sinister. I still don't know what, but that whole meeting under the temple stuff, weapons warehouse, and link with the Kyuubi is too much to ignore.

In regards to 'top brass' ordering the hit, well it's not really suprising that Sandaime would allow Konoha nin to be safrificed, as we've seen it before in the case of Neji's father.

I'm starting to wonder if Uchiha Fugaku was telling Sasuke not to betray the Uchiha, by saying 'don't follow your brother's path'?

you read the manga it was said that inevitable which means undeafeated so madara didn't defeat the 1st may be the 1st hokage thought that madara was dead so he left him like deidara kakashi team thought he was dead and also kakazou fortunately kakashi make sure of it right??? enevitable mean not deafted and how can he stand up agains all if you'll realize it was after the fight that the 1st become the hokage, it's like a battle for tittle of hokage that madara and shodaime fight.. read between the lines dude

So Danzou (partly) ordered the extinction of the Uchiha clan and later attempts to assassinate Sasuke once he's gone rogue? Sounds like he's afraid of Uchihas, which in turn sounds like he knows the secret of the Sharingan in relation to the Kyuubi. That means that those other 3 high ups would have all known about it as well. The plot thickens.

On an unrelated note I was looking through an old chapter:



Itachi asks Naruto why he cares so much about Sasuke, Naruto says because he's like a brother to him and a better brother than Itachi ever was.

Look at the closeup of Itachi's face. He smiles just a little after Naruto says this. This could be either the irony of Itachi not being a "good brother" or just that he's happy that Sasuke has such a friend.

Either way it isn't a sadistic smile and it shows just how much effort Kishi puts into foreshadowing. Hopefully people are starting to realise that with Kishi's writing it never hurts to look deeper and to take all the subtleties and nuances of expressions etc seriously.

this chapter resembles bleach's " turn back the pendul.." of course bleach is far better than naruto ..

all these facts are far far far away from stupid naruto to understand ..

this manga should be renamed to "uchiha sasuke"
