I am amazed that Konoha has only been around for 80 years. Wtf, it looks like the ninja-ing world that we know now is really quite young.

man I DON'T GET IT....SHONDAIME WAS A BEAST....

an eye witness [or atleast a one eyed witness] to the development of Konoha attests to the fact that he was the strongest of nins ever...

coming from madara thats quiet some praise...to imagine madara envied Shondaime..yikes...

which brings up power levels...now we are bound to hear about YONDAIME AND HOW HE SUBDUED THE 9 TAILS...

so who really was the beast amongs kages...? i think it will be safe to say....now its shodai versus yondaime....it seems kishi has deliberatly kept yondaimes exploits under cover...all we hear about him though has been phenomenal....now we are hearing shodai was a monster tooo...yikes....hopefully we hear about yondaimes bloodline limit....[i just can't shake off the feeling that...we will see yondaime before the manga is over]

probably itachis grand dad....cuz it seems like madara is stating that his superior chakra has benn passed down among his line...which would imply sasukes dad was madaras son?...plausible huh?

Definitely plausible look at Tsunade. She is shodai's grand daughter.

I called it Sasuke not going back and he is going to join Tobi! because he is just going to hate Konoha and believe Tobi's mixed of lies and Truths.

you know what...sasuke joining tobi is unfortunately very predictable...i really like sasuke and i hope he has a strong enough character not to follow madara and hate konoha now cause if he does i would be very disappointed...

Yeah I think its definitely better if Sasuke just splits from Tobi, but I think Tobi is much wiser and is going to keep on fishing sasuke just like Oro fished him with power. But what does Tobi want from Sasuke ??that is still a big mystery.

and what is the feud between itachi and madara?

Itachi obviously choose to follow konoha and "betray" his own clan. I have a gut feeling that Madara is framing Itachi to screw with Sasuke! If this is the case then itachi is will be closer to be being a good guy than bad.

still, that idea kinda sets up a nice battle between Sasuke and Naruto, with Naruto probably winning this time and proving the truth to sasuke some how.

Im really glad that sasuke is bcoming the hawk, that Madara spoke of; and will now embrace his uchiha heritage more completely now. As fo the MS. Madara said that Itachi transferred "all" his eye techniques to sasuke, but in this issue, he said that he just transferred "amaterasu" to sasuke; so I'm wondering what's what with sasuke newly aquired MS.

All in all, it was an ok chapter. The idea that Konoha's top brass ordered the execution of the uchiha is interesting and personally, i think it ties into Danzou's ordering of Sai to take out Sasuke; since Danzou is now one of the only three people who kno the truth behing itachi's actions.

I'm a lil disappointed that the spoiler from himajin about itachi and shisui wasn't true since that one sounded pretty cool.

I've always said this before and will re-tierate.. Shodai's power cannot be measured.. he has only one rival.. Madara.. those two are the pinnacles of power.. but Shodai's is even more emphatic because in every culture/etc.. the definition of "God" is basically.. one who is able to create life

that's what/who Shodai represents.. he is able to create life.. he is truly GOD

so am i shocked by all these revelations..? No.. not one bit

i'm actually lovin it.. and even more so.. i am now more than ever begging, BEGGING for a Naruto OMV gaiden type ... think Samurai X and we get to see Shodai and Madara and Konoha's formation/etc in its early days/what have you..

that would be a godsend!

Some people are talking about how unbelievable Madara's story is. But let's think about this: Danzou did send an assassin after Sasuke. While Sasuke's going under the tutelage of Orochimaru would've been part of this, it most definitely could have been tied into the fact that Sasuke was leaving the village of his own accord to gain greater power. If you've already killed nearly the entire Uchiha clan because you're too worried about their strength and potential for calling the Kyuubi back, you definitely don't want a rogue Sasuke running around.

This chapter makes me think that Konoha nin are way too soft, and forgotten why they are the most powerful village. It makes sense why Danzo would like to it an overhaul, he still remembers how hardcore the former shinobi of the Fire country once were.

I mean how many nin in todays Konoha could withstand even three-tomoe Sharingan, much less MS, and yet we see Madara resorting to use of EMS in pre-Konoha battles.

All the top nin (over 25) in the manga have all seen war, and improved because of it. Kishi needs to add war and famine to the manga. Then we'll see some real growth.

the flames of war tempered the shinobis of old and the mightiest rose to prominence due to the fact that they couldn't be touched..

This is why I say that we are headed towards another ninja war. It would be a great way to end the series. Not anytime soon but I think Kishi is definitely building toward that conflict.

Hopefully Madara will tell us the three things I wanna know most; (1) what happened to the Senju, (2) How Shodai was able to resist EMS, and (3) how he and Nidaime were killed? Madara's revenge maybe?

Did anyone see Hyuuga clan sign on the wall? They were even classed as one of the top clans... shameful how Kishi treats them, haha!

I'm wondering if the 'will of fire' Konoha always talk about is reference to the Uchiha's use of Katon and Madara's persistence

Sometimes I feel people refuse to accept what is given to them. We have been told numerous of times that the 4th was the strongest hokage. Kishimoto himself has even stated in an interview that 4th is the strongest amongst the dead. That means he is indeed stronger than the 1st.

Because Madara said he admired the 1st and acknowledged how powerful he was, all the uchiha fanboys somehow now think that the 4th cannot possibly be that strong and somehow the 1st was stronger...

If anything this just shows two facts: 1. The 1st hokage was a badass. and 2. The 4th hokage must of reeeeaaally been a badass.
