OMG niibi&hachibi in the cloud village

hi you guys i have discovered that the cloud village (kumogakure). actually have 2 tailed beast (Jinchūriki niibi) &(Jinchūriki hachibi) is that possible i thought that each village have one tailed beast but it seems that the cloud village have 2 tailed beast

^ calm down, take a deep breath. Now think, how long have we known this? about a month or so. Others have already made that observation =P

We also know that Shodaime handed out tailed beasts to balance out powers of respective villages. Perhaps kumogakure had a really weak or smaller sized shinobi force or the first had better relations with them. There's really nothing earth-shattering about this to be honest.

Simple math shall show you that there are only 5 main shinobi nations so the village having more than one bijuu is nothing major


Edit: I also just remembered wasn't Kumogakure at war with Konoha for ages, perhaps they were given an additional bijuu as a token of peace when the treaty is signed.

they were at war during the sandaime's time i dont think that konoha would give them a bijuu just like that

That's too vague to be true, IMO it could have been a time when the bijuu where already dispersed. Think about it, if Konoha was battling the Land of Thunder then it means that such village/area already existed and that the last remaining conflicts of the war where still abroad. You can even propose that the bijuu where, for the most part, already scattered abroad, and that the land of thunder might have captured an extra oneon their own accord. If you want proof of this assumption take a good look at how the 2 tailed was captured, it was out there in the wilderness.

Now you can slap my hand if you want, ok! Madara captured it and it was out there in the water... and he was the Mizukage, but then there's no proof that he already knew about the two tailed beast or that he had it under his control, etc etc... For the sake of argument it is even safe to assume that the Land of Thunder might even had a bijuu in secrecy.

Yap, nobody actually knew the past cause theres only individual characters in the current manga describing about their past during the war.. and their opinion are unable to generalize the truth because it was only that character's opinion.

Shodaime could had been threatened in the past somehow that if he dont share the bijuu.. something will happen like sunade was kidnapped or something
