Kishimoto has showed us nothing about Ino. Why? The reason is
she is rather weak and her abilities arent impressive. The only thing she could do in the middle of a battle was to heal...come on its ridiculous.

2: Where would ninjas be without the medic ninjas?

And like i said, her techniques are best for assassination, espionage etc. She would make a perfect addition to the ANBU.

Her mind tranfers are too risky and cant be used during a strong fight.

They're not meant to be.

And you say she is chuunin, I reply : so? Chuunin are not Jounins.

Your point being? It's still not easy to become chunin.

The ninja scale in Naruto-verse is above Jounin since probably the time

A lot of thought is required for this thread. There are a lot of powerful jutsu that require time and sacrifice (whether that be a toll on the user or a body) and some jutsu that are quick to use but lack power.

For me the top three jutsu's would have to be:

1) Susano'o is truly epic. It can be executed with incredible speed and has the best defence and attack in Naruto (that is just my opinion). The only drawback is the toll using such a jutsu takes on the user. That said Itachi already had one foot in the grave so the toll it takes on the user may not be as drastic as we think.

2) Kage Bunshin. A technique that allows the user to gather information on an enemy and remain out of harms way and, if the user is capable, train to such a degree that a move even the most brilliant shinobi could not complete is possible to learn. If Naruto had used KB training for the two and a half year time skip he would have Tsunade's job.

3) Edo Tensei - if you can revive the right ninja this move is amazing. And also we do not know if there is a limit to the summons. The downside to this technique is the preparation required.

This is my top three for the moment, I do believe we will soon see jutsus that will surpass these moves.

i agree with the first two but in my opinion the third would be Henge no jutsu it works well and most never see it coming and when used with other techniques it can be rather deadly

He's not an idiot and you can't call him one. Ino is a chunnin and she's not exactly the steryotypical blonde. Also, hidans blood jutsu is pretty good, hidan was just the weakest member. I'd be willing to bet that if Madara or sasuke came along and done his blood jutsu, everyone would be going "That is just win".

Summoning jutsu: Give a big advantage on the battle field

Rasengan:which can cause massive damage to the body from the inside no matter how tough your opponent is

I don't really have favorite techniques, but I do find these three to be pretty awesome in their own separate ways.

Naruto's Wind Rasengan - absolute destruction. I don't like the downside that it hurts Naruto, but that move has the potential to take down stronger opponents than Kakuzu.
Kabuto's medical chakra - might not seem like a great move, but it can really weaken and immobilize opponents.
Sasuke's Chidori Current - while I'm not much of a Sasuke fan, he really thought of some awesome ways to use his lightning chakra (defusing one of Deidara's bombs, taking down Naruto & Sai simultaneously, etc.)

These are the best three in terms of coolness and power.

1) Sasunoo - So far we haven't seen anything that is in this caliber yet. Being able to shield the user compeletly from anything.

2) Edo Tensei - Summoning any ninja/person you want at any time and they won't be able to die even if the user die. Having insane regan that by far surpass even Orochimaru, in my opinion.

3) Sozo Saize - Not being able to die during battle is something any ninja would want along with intense healing and regeneration for the user.

The other three jutsu in terms of usefullness are:

1) Kage Bushin - Being able to use it to tell you information on your enemy, and using this as a sense of training is superb. Not even sharingan or Byukagun can tell the difference.

2) Henge - Being able to transform into anything is so useful. Using it to hide from battle or hide from some one. *Cough*GirlFriend*Cough*

3) Shunshi - Being able to use a quick brust of chakra to move at a alarming speed. Using it offensively or defensively so useful.

There are also other jutsu that come close but not quite in my top three like:
-Orochimaru's soul transfer jutsu
-Frog Song
-C4
-Tsyukomi
-C3(#18)
-Amaterasu
-Kakashi's Mangekyou Sharingan

first off, is it fair to count susanoo since u have to two other jutsu's just to use it? it doesn't really compare to edo tensei since u just need two sacrifices prior, with susanoo u actually have to use tsukyomi and amaratsu just to awaken it. ur getting the top 3 MS techniques.

1.tsukyomi-the only move i can come up with that has a chance of beating susanoo, and we all know the advantages of this jutsu. plus if i have this i have the sharingan.
2.edo tensei-with all the S-ranked ninjas that already bit it, why not? jairaiya, the 1st,
2nd, 3rd, 4th, deidaria, kimimaru, haku, itachi, the 3rd kazekage, hanzo....COMPLETELY SHIT ON U.
3.shadow imitation technique-just for the fact that i can use the jutsu in chakra channeling blades so i could pin an opponent(s) down while they get gang raped by the 4 other people i summon with edo tensei. (3rd+4th+itachi+deidara= DEATH) guest i really won't need tsukyomi if i just summoned itachi. scratch my 1st one and i'll take the flying thunder God jutsu. i know kakashi believes madara's is more advanced than the 4th's but just look at this scene.
