^I can connect to and download from the privite server, so the problem may be on your end. Can you provide more details about the problem you are encountering?

ok, it sounds like your trying to connect via an FTP programs like Filezilla. Do not enter a user name and password when connecting via an ftp program. If your setting up a conection, just use an anomynous log in. If it's through a quick connect, leave the user name and password blank. Also, make sure you're using the current unique URL address to the server, which is located here: http://www.narutomania.com/ftp.php
