Popular Anime missing

I am aware of this issue. Looks like the hard disk has finally failed. working on it

Well the Datacenter confirmed the hard disk is faulty and it will be replaced. Right now I am trying to salvage all the files off it. Until I've done that the FTP side of things have been turned off. I expect things to be back to normal later today. We have enough room on the other hard disks to back up all the files and get the faulty one replaced.

any idea when that damn "popular anime" link will work again? so that i can download what i paid for to download?

The link won't be up again since that hard disk has completely gone. I was able to get about 80% of the episodes off there before the hard disk failed. The anime are located in the other folders.

During next week I will be looking to replace the lost episodes as well as a new hard disk.

Although I always donate ten bucks or so at the start of each month, I know that it costs a BUNDLE to run this site, so I just sent you another double sawbuck to try to help out with the fixit. Thanks for keeping the site going.

so the Naruto episodes didnt make it i guess? i'm sorry for the pressure, but i would like them soon, how long till you cna get them back?

I am working on this now, managed to get the drive back up , and attempting to recover the remaining files.

Here's an idea: Can't you purchase a backup tape (theyre inexpensive) and have the datacenter write everything to tape?

That way you have a pretty good backup.

I mean just the media, i assume they have a tapedrive there allready... Surely it can't be THAT expensive...
