This proud warrior was the most well known taichou of the division. His eccentricities were many, but they formed who he was. Even gaining him the title Taichou of War. After many years of glorious battle, and mountains of slain enemies at his feet, he met his end doing the one thing he wanted most. Killing his father. He was the embodiment of the 7th division, and the greatest of warriors, disregarding his own well being for the accomplishment of his goals.


Kane:

This Shinigami led a glorious life on the battlefield, his skill unmatched by the men he commanded, he tore holes in the offense of hollow on the battlefield, only to meet his fate at the hand of an Arrancar, he died valiantly, and brutally at the hand of his host, not a scream of pain was muttered, not a beg for mercy, only the unyielding roar of a proud lion, facing the end we must all face , Kane was a proud great warrior until the end.

Regarding all division Seats, these ranks are nothing more then a title, they do not reflect upon ones skill and abilities as a shinigami, so for just that, there will be a second grouping of ranks, upon entering the division, and then at set intervals the Taichou will assess all shinigamis abilities and 'punishment' level, meaning, how long they can take a beating for.

Amongst the underground deep below the 7th division, lay a special unit of Shinigami, they train in utter secrecy, their skill in warfare and combat far exceeding that of a normal unseated shinigami, the personal military unit that was Axels, now belonging to Kaisen Taichou himself, bread for one single purpose, War, they do not know Fear, Pain does not register to them, they are fueled by sadistic pleasure which can only be found on the battlefield, survivors of countless tests and training practices, these warriors are unlike any in soul society, created for the soul purpose of killing, survivors of the pit of level 5, they have endured torture on level 4, mental breaking on level 3, survived the secretive training of level 2, and made it to level 1, The Eternals are not men, they are animals, lead by the divisions Ex FukuTaichou, Jen, they are the 7ths greatest asset leveling out at around 5th to 3rd seat level, Their higher leadership stretching into fukutaichou level. they are truely a force to be reckoned.

The 7th division is based upon the foundation of physical training and the art of war, it is a stronghold of determination, and finesse of the body, where shinigami souly concerntrate on strength and physical ability, keenly studying the art of war, it's true purpose is to breed shinigami who do not rely on Kidou or Reiatsu, but their own warrior mentality, their insticts, their bodies durability, all of the things which make up a strong both mental and physical, warrior.
beyond the cascading walls shinigami do not enter to gain knowledge of kidou, or reiatsu training methods, they look only to the way of the warrior, building up their ability in the art of the body, strenghtening their mental resolve, their entire world is shaped around these teachings, the 7th is a division of true champions.

Skills of 7th Division:
Upon entering the division and becoming a Shinigami, you will learn many different techniques, ranging from combat ability using ones body, to battle and survival technique.
1) Physical and Mental endurance: Torture, to put it simply, both physical and mental, a strong mind and body is a key part of a warriors true power.
2) Combat affectiveness: Testing and training of ones ability in a war situation, basically training how one handles a situation where he/she is outnumbered incredibly, and left alone.
3) Warfare tactics: The many skills and abilities one will need to truely push themselves to 100% during any combat situation, or intime of war.
4) Survival: The title says it all.
5) Stamina and agressive climate training: the training of ones ability to brave harsh and agressive climates, such as heavy hail storms, rocky mountian sides, and the building of ones stamina.
6) Effective strategime. All members are now required to study kidou, reiatsu and war strategies, in order to better comprehend. They are to use this information to further their abilities on the frontline, as well as commanding a squad, within the vast 7th armies. (even though studying reiatsu and kidou is a requirement, use is still prohibited unless granted permission by the taichou.)
Due to the majority of the advanced training which will take place, the rest is held in secret to only the Taichou, and those who take part in it.

The Division honour code:
1)No aiding a fighter in the middle of a match
2)No fighting outside of the sparring ring, but if the Taichou didn't see it, it didn't happen.
3)No disobeying orders
4)No Reiatsu or Kidou usage unless permitted
All those found inbreach of the rules will be accordingly punished by the Taichou, or a Seated officer, physical punishment will be a certianty

General Description of the Division from the out side:
The 7th Division is held in very close proximity to the 2nd, from the outside, nothing but huge mountainouse stone walls can be seen, a rectangular fort sits in the center of a field, an ice cold moat runs around the outside, clinging to the walls as it flows in a never ending cycle, huge ironclad gates seal the insides away from inspecting eyes,the Nanabantai symbol framed across it as a bridge made from a raw metal branches over the waters below leading up to this, crude pikes extending from its sides.

Description of the forts coutryard
Within the outer walls of the division, lays the huge expanse of a courtyard, the ground a pale dirt the occasional pebble or stone rooted into it, in the center sits a barracks like building, the white stone square shaped fortification surrounded by pikes and crude metalic points, extending from the lower reaches of the wall, up and out as if it's defending from some unseeable enemy, the doors a simple rusty iron framework.
Although, this building is not all which sits inside this forts walls, countless opentop rooms lay amongst the area, each serving a different purpose.

A reception desk has recently been installed, near the main Gate. at the desk is always the same person, his punishment for getting on the taichous nerves at a particularly bad time. Jordan now sits, stuck behind this desk at all times. he even sleeps there, a buzzer awakening him with all new guests. Since he stays at the desk at all times, he communicates with all members of the division through a comm link on all badges.

Coutryard training rooms:

Zanjutsu and battle technique training rooms: Three of these are spread out around different locations within the coutryard, each holding a different purpose, inside one, metalic training dummies readied for sword and hand to hand training, in another, gymnastic type equipment, for practicing body movement and flexability, in the last something unAxel like, a lecture type room, a simple chalk board at the end, and hard wooden seats, a place for the agressive Captian to verse his shinigami on battle ability and tactics.

Endurance and Stamina training rooms: These rooms are many, amongst them, different impliments used for increasing ones physical endurance and stamina, punching bags covered with hard bolts and crude spikes and many other things like it, running tracks covered in hard ball laced layers, for shinigami to run bearfoot on, both a freezer and a heater room, for Shinigami to enhance their bodies ability to handle different temperature types.

Physical excercise training rooms: These rooms are abundent with a wide range of excercise equipment, weights, tredmills, even a swimming pool, each built specifically to train and tone a shinigamis body.

Coutryard expanse: The rest of the courtyard, is used for various things, from roll call, up to organising and taking place of special in division events, a small arena sits in one corner for sparring and organised fights, the majority of the couryard is left unused for future planning and building upon.
Division Barracks building rooms:

Sleeping and living quarters:All of the shinigami within the 7th, live and sleep toghether in a military style, from the seated to the captian, no one is treated with any higher regards when it comes down to living pleasures, each getting a small bed, a footlocker, and a wardrobe, the shinigami of the 7th live as one.

Mess hall: Inside the barracks is a cantine, to serve the shinigami with their needed vitamins, and daily supliments, to keep them going day in and day out.

Captians office: A room usable only for the captian to file paper work, it's a simple small box room, a desk, and nothing more then a simple window overlooking the coutryard, all 7th members are treated the same in regards of living habbit, although this is not the same for rank. this room has recently been expanded, more area for comfort. Theres also a couch now, often used by those awaiting an audience with the taichou. Through a secret opening, known only to the taichou is another room, with the personal and secretive items of the taichou, items not meant for the other members.


Underground complex description: Beneath the upper courtyard and barracks, a simple door strengthened and only accesable by 7th division shinigami leads down from the above world, and into the complex below, a long corridor is visible, light by murky flame torches, countless rooms and other corridors branching from next to next, some rooms small in size, others huge, but each bound shut by a strong door, unbreakable by anyone below that of Fukutaichou level, the many different types of both physical and mental specialist training which takes place amidst the dark corridors and rooms, is highly secretive.

The door of warrior spirit: No one but Axel and kaisen know what lies beyond this door, it sits at the very end of the main tunnel which runs through the underground complex, artwork of two swords clashing toghether, one engulfed in yellow the other white sits etched into the surface of the dark metalic slab, a door of strength, that those of only Taichou level can break beyond.

Nanabantai shinigami patrol the grounds on a regular basis, gaurding the moat gates, and the entrance to the underground complex, the training grounds are open for all to use, as is the cantine, for the Taichou wishes to encourage the use of ones body.


REGARDING SHIKAI AND BANKAI:
Both Shikai and Bankai are permissable to use on the grounds, but only in offical spars in the courtyard arena, they are encouraged to be used, any rank may learn the two, but they must obtain permission from the Taichou in order to.

kaisen entered the divison, a hand rubbing the bridge of his nose. Aye it was a headache, trying to deal with all of themany things going on right now. Quietly, kaisen made his way to the taichous office, ignoring the minor questions of the divisions membenrs that were slowly returning.

Walking into the office, he removed the twisted blade from his back, setting it across his lap. Here he'd wait Wait for that woman to come for what was hers.

Rayf's little trek was complete. He had made his way to the 7th, and although he was fairly new, he was still too proud to ask for directions, much less actually talk.

So he'd probably wait. And wait. And wait, until someone decided he wasn't going to leave without being seen by someone of importance.

the eternal stepped into the taichous office, eyeing kaisen curiously

"oi... where's axel taichou?" he asked, stepping in and closing the door.

"exactly what i'd like to fucking know" kaisen replied, his eyes boring into the eternal, accomplishing the difficult task of making an eternal nervous.

"well sir, theres a graduate here. not sure what he wants, but i'd guess he wants to apply." he started back for the door.

"what? you didnt ask him?" kaisen asked annoyance in his voice.

"do i look like your goddamn secretary?" he said, slamming the door behind him as he left. Normally, the situation would make kaisen laugh out audibly. Today however, he was in no such mood.

"jordan.." he said aloud, making a mental note of the eternal who had just left.

standing up from the chair, zoeys blade returned to its position on his back, the strap being pulled tight.

walking up to the front, he spotted rayf, a determined look on his face.


"oi, ya constipated boy?" kaisen asked, awaiting a reply from the newest graduate around these parts.

It didn't take as long as expected. Kaisen had shown up. And in Rayf's mind the birth of his zanpaktou was the only reason he could think of that would bring Kaisen to him so quickly.

Of course, he was still weary of what would come with the next words out of his mouth, Copintsate-what? No, just bored, just waiting, to apply.

Yes, Rayf had to wait, he wasn't sure of his way around the division yet. He needed more time, more repetition before he could truly be ready. And for all that, he had to be accepted into the division, by this man...at least, maybe even the one-eyed monster of a leader this place had..

kaisen eyed him, his glaring eyes boring into rayfs figure

"you want to apply eh? then tell me, why do you want to be in the 7th division?" his eyes not relenting in the stare that would make any unseated shinigami quiver in their shihaksho.

"and why is it, that i should allow you to call this place your home?" his words came out like ice. If he was going to take in new members, he would damn well make sure they were worthy of the division.

Um. Um. After wach 'um', and there were quiet a few, Rayf would shiver. His body naturally stiffening and releasing pulses of sound energy, through the ground, the air, and surface that would carry it. Of course they weren't strong enough to be felt, so that wouldn't impress Kaisen.

Although Rayf had no idea what he was doing. Instead it looked like a man, quaking in fear. So he 'um'ed and he thought until he remembered why he was in this division waiting.

Sir, I'd rather not be afraid anymore. I'd rather be more powerful than all others, all persons, kidou users, those with massive amounts of reiatsu, and those with great reiatsu control. The 7th is the place for that. I want to overcome all obstacles and seize power for myself. Strength is what I'm after. Can you give me that? I'll give this division what it wants for the knowledge it has. Um...sir.

Still he quaked, shaking as he awaited any movement, or action,or words, each would be met by a flinch, a flinch of fear and apprehension.

"give the division what it wants? boy the division wants fighters that rely only on their physical ability. The division wants it to be a wide known fact, that reiatsu control isn't the only way to be powerful. other then that, do what the fuck you please. Those truly dedicated to these ideals, are the ones that tell me to do what i please with them. they are the elite fighters of this division, and they are our tools for war. the eternals. With words like you used, are you telling me you want to be a mindless drone, that does as he is told. Do you want to be an eternal? or do you want to be a leader?" many people didnt know what they were getting themselves into in this division. Many more who couldnt take the torture. The ones who broke would become lower class eternals. Those with the strongest pbeliefs in physical prowess, became the top tier eternals. and those who had their own dreams and goals... they would remain unseated, until proven worthy to take a seat, in the divisions ranks.

"well boy? what is it? and iif you truly wish to jion... i must know what kind of punishment you can take. I'm recovering from injury, but i think i could still give one at your level, a proper test."

My whole existance as a plus I have lived without reiatsu. In the academy I was better than most, even those who would choose to fight with reiatsu. I need nothing more than my fists, or my zanpaktou, to fight. My body is my weapon and no other place will do. No other place will keep me where I need to be, no other place will allow me to show my dominance over all others. So, excuse me if I say I will give freely of myself, but I need to learn from those who would call themselves 'master' before I can control them with my strength. I need to gain respect before I can lead. Um...sir.

Weird. Like a switch, like a planned respnse, or a command, one that was written into him long ago. Such thought out words, such a retort, not one that screamed disobedience, but one that preached to his determination and his dedication. One that signified his drive, and his goal. Power, power over himself, his zanpaktou, and his world.

Power. From inside. Not what his zanpaktou kept promising him. not that power.

To forget that he would take torture. He would fight, and fight and fight. Until...until he could beat his own spirit. Anytime he wanted to.
