[Hara]

RULES ALL SHINIGAMI MUST ABIDE BY WHILE WITHIN THE WHOLE OF SOUL SOCIETY:

Note: None of these rules are more important than another.
Any of these laws may be tweaked at any given time. New laws may be added, and old laws may be removed. Check in regularly so as to be sure that you are operating within the bounds of the laws of Soul Society.

The 6th Division prides itself on the safety of Soul Society and the area’s surrounding it. All members of this division are at the top of their game, ready to give their all to ensure safety of others, as well as secure Soul Society as a whole. Laws are not fickle, and neither are 6th Division members.


Bankai is permissable to the Taichou and the Fukutaichou. Shikai is granted through the Sixth seat. Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth seat must be granted permission by either the Taichou or the Fukutaichou and must receive special training

As decreed by the 1st Division Taichou:
Shikai is only permissible if a Taichou and/or Fukutaichou permits it, It is used in the training grounds of that division in a reaitsu dampening area and/or the need genuinely calls for it. If Shikai is used without permission, it will be debated by the Taichou of the 6th Division and the Taichou of the offending Shinigami's Division on whether it was for an acceptable reason.
Bankai is only acceptable by Taichous or Fukutaichous within their respective Division's training grounds. Otherwise, it is completely banned within the whole of Soul Society and beyond unless the 1st Division Taichou decrees a War-Time Order.

Never fight outside of a sanctioned battle contained within either a Division's Training Grounds, General Training Grounds or the Academy's Training Grounds.*

Do not cause loud ruckus after lights out, which is designated by the closure of Academy classes daily. Further training may take place within designated Training Grounds with permission.

All seated Shinigami are to be treated with formal respect when met outside of training. No seat is more important than another. Informality is allowed inside of training if requested by the ranked Shinigami.

Ignorance to the law is unacceptable.

All infractions of the law are to be reported immediately to the 6th Division. From there, it will be determined what is the appropriate action to take. No exceptions.

* It is required to have permission from a Taichou from any division that the Academy is clear of students who could be harmed. Students are welcome to the Training Grounds at any time, but a Shinigami of 4th Seat level or higher must witness their battles. However, they still require permission from a Shinigami of at least Fukutaichou level. Battles involving Bokkens are the exception to this, and no seated shinigami are required to be present

Laws of the 6th Division:
1. Unless you are there to see the taichou or fuku-taichou, you are to wait in the front area for a 6th division memeber that you are there to see.

2. Unless you are accompanied by a member of the 6th division, People are not allowed to venture outside of the front area.

3. If you are seen without a member of the 6th division, and there is no 6th division, visitor, student, or normal, badge in your possession, you will be arrested and questioned immediately. Further action will be used if nesseccary

The Dormitories: This is where the division's Shinigami sleep. Two shinigami to a room, with desks and closets for both. There is a lounge so that the Shinigami can Socialize and enjoy their time off. Seated officers below Fukutaichou stay in here as well, but in sparate, bigger rooms that contain a larger desk for reports and paperwork, as well as one to a room. Bathrooms are located to the rear of the dorms.

Cafeterias: Located near the entrance and the dormitories of each section, this is an area for shinigami to eat and recharge their batteries. It is open to all shinigami, including those not in the 6th Division. Each can hold 100+ people with ease, and feed even more.

Officers Meeting Room: Area where the seated officers eat their meals, as well as have meetings to discuss plans and problems.

Training Grounds: There are two sections to this, one inside and the other outside. Here 6th Division Shinigami, as well as potential 6th Division Shinigami are taught in the ways of Policing, Peace Keeping, and Investigations. This includes the basics, and later advanced tactics, of hand-to-hand combat, and also a general work of mastery over their own abilities. Training takes place both inside and outside. The inside one has reaitsu dampening walls, for shi-kai training, if need be. The outside training grounds have a track and an obstacle course, as well as targets and dummies.

The Holding Cells: These cells are where prisoners are sent for detainment until they are sentenced . There is another set of Holding Cells underground for the worst offenders and those that are serving life sentences

Interrogation Room: This is where the prisoners are taken to be questioned after arrest.

Zen Garden: A place for relaxation and meditaion. All division shinigami welcome, others need permission from a seated officer before entering.

Taichou/ Fukutaichou Offices: Where the taichou and fukutaichou hold private meetings. paperwork is also done in here.

Taichou/ Fukutaichou Rooms: Small, single bedroom, bathroom houses in the coupound at the edge of the garden.

Personal Training Grounds: The only place on the division that allows the use of ban-kai for training, as well as learning. Only the taichou and Fukutaichou are allowed inside, others require permission from either to train in there.

Zen Garden: Used for meditation and relaxation.

Communications Center:This is a special area specific to the 6th Division. Lines connecting all divisions run through this central location and are kept open for only the most important situations. Panic alarms can be used here to signal disasterous emergency. Signalling to only 6th division members are also allowed here.

**All buildings have an underground area incase of an attack on the division.

[Hara]

"Thank goodness." One shinigami said to the other as they entered the sixth division. They were used to the prestige it gave off now, so they didn't bother marveling at the gleaming white building which stood firm against the dusty fields of the ground around it. Like a roman courthouse, pillars stood in front, more for show than support however. The two ran up the gentled steeped steps and entered through the doors with the large symbol for the sixth on it.

"I know, we were stationed at the 1st district of rukongai forever. I heard some others were actually guarding other divisions. I don't know what was going on, but it seems like we were getting the runaround. Hara-Taichou better get on the ball before he gets booted out of here."

The first nodded as the second talked. It was true, Hara's erratic behavior had to be stopped. Constant absences and hermit behavior couldn't be tolerated when you are the captain of law and order. He had to be vigilant constantly, rules were being broken everywhere around him and he seemed never to notice. Kuroda, the one previously talking kept walking while Max, the nodding one, decided that talking behind the captain's back would go nowhere. If anything were to change, he would have to go to the source.

The large reception room was full of shinigami, looked like all sixth members. They must have all gotten the same signal to return as he and Kuroda had. Disheartening moans and sighs of impatience swept the crowd of people. They were quickly turning into an angry mob. They had to wait for orders from their captain, the one most inept captain in Soul Society. They all wanted to start thier next mission. All different sizes and shapes of people, yet they all had the most important job of all Soul Society. Keeping it safe.

"Have you seen Hara-Taichou?" Max asked the secretary.

"He's in the emergency room." She said, pointing behind her to the door. "But you can't go in there. It's Captain's orders."

"Sorry Maude." He apologized to the woman. "But I need to tell him something."

Despite her blocking him, Max was able to head inside the door. The secretary ran out and shut the door, more worried about others also wanting to get in than just the 4th seat.

"Taichou?" Max asked out loud. "You there?"

He ventured further into the room, seeing nothing until looking in the farthest corner. There he saw his captain, muttering something to himself. The radio was on and at just a hum, Max wasn't close enough to hear what it had to say. But on the look of Hara's face, it wasn't good.

"Taichou..." He said, watching Hara's sad eyes look up. "I have something to say."

"......The academy has been attacked by hollows." He said gently, lowering his head again.

It took a little while for it all to sink in. The academy, the place he trained to become a shinigami. Where all shinigami train to be shinigami, had been attacked by hollows, soul-eating spirits who haunt the Human World. Still it hadn't sunk in. It couldn't have until he asked the tough question.

"How many are...." He couldn't finish his thought, but they both knew what they meant.

"Too many." Hara replied.

..."Never Again" He said afterwards. He hand was tightened to where his fingernails began to pierce skin and blood stopped to flow, turning his skin whiter than it was already.

Getting up, Hara stormed ahead. He almost knocked Max over trying to get to the door. Max didn't care though. He was just as worried now as Hara seemed to be. It is true that him and the academy had it's differences, but Max couldn't care about that now. He stepped out of the dark and into the light of the sixth division just as Hara began to speak.

"We are going to clean this place up." He said. "I have to tell you the truth before that however."

"I never thought I was meant to be the captain of the sixth division. I've always thought of myself as a pawn, a piece to be used where I am needed, determined by whichever captain I was with. Yachiru-Taichou had tried to make me see that I was my own man, but I wouldn't listen, until now. I've had my ups and downs, but now I realize that ups and downs are not allowed when you are a captain. You can't act the way I have and keep things fine and dandy..."

He thought for a moment, and then decided to tell them.

"For the past few weeks, you have all been, this whole division had been run by a clone. A twisted, evil version of myself."

The staggering silence was expected. How else would you act if the one person in charge of keeping Soul Society in order had been replaced without you knowing? Everyone collected themselves very quickly however, quick enough to start asking questions.

To hear any one of them was too hard, so Hara, in a true out of character moment, began to shout over them.

"Now!" He yelled, his shinigami answered back with attentiveness. "I know that was a shock, and I'm sorry I wasn't here. But I am now. No matter what Central has to say about it."

Indeed, earlier that day Hara had been hinted that Central 46 were reviewing him. His clone had tied up several key shinigami at just the right times to barge into central 46 and almost have Soul Society in it's grasp. He would have were it not for the unexpected entrance of Yachiru, alive and well, which also stirred them even more after seeing the real Hara speak to him afterwards. It was obvious that they were afraid of anything like that happening again. They installed an even tighter security, one Hara's abilities even couldn't get through without triggering. Tacked to the fact that Hara had nearly a complete nervous breakdown, killing both Axel and Nicho's clones, thinking they were the real them, and central had decided to scruntinize Hara very very closely now.

"Even that though, didn't help me see how pathetic I am." Hara began to speak again.

"Hollows attacked the academy." He finally told them all.

The room, which had been turning into a pressure cooker this whole speech, now erupted. "Worse Captain Ever!" Was heard alot, along with some more profane words.

"THAT! That is what woke me up. I can't worry about myself when I have thousands and thousands of both shinigami and pluses to worry about. I've been selfish. It isn't about me and my needs, it never was. I still am that pawn, that piece to be moved. But it's no other captain or even the 46 that pulls my strings anymore. It's the people. The attack on the academy is already done. It's already over by most reports. Dead are still being counted. There was nothing we could do. Nobody was around, we were in the far corners of Soul Society according to 'My' reports. It's nobody's fault."

...'except mine.' He thought to himself.

The shinigami who could shyunpo, did. The rest ran as fast as they could. The sixth divsion was empty again, but this time it was on Hara's orders.

[Gaja 90]

Gaja heard what Hara said earlier and he wanted to train with someone who is really strong, since Nicho wasn't around. Entering the 6th division after grabbing a quick bite, Gaja reported to the front desk secretary.

"Good day. My name is Peter Gajic or Gaja for short, and I'm here to see the Taichou, Hara. I want to train with him, since he said that it would be ok."

Gaja went to the outside training grounds and started doing pushups to warm up, and to keep his body in shape. He would wait for Hara, so that he can really get stronger, besides he would graduate soon, and that was something Gaja worked hard for, and he would keep that pace if not even steep it up a notch.

Johon was now covered with a light coat of sweat. This was a first time he had ever been in the 6th division. Except to check it out once. He looked around for Nicho knowing that he was here before him. He was outside looking in. It was a huge building that had a court yard but that was all he could tell. He really wanted to learn that flash step thing. Johon stood up straight breathing in the air.

He tilted his head hearing the story of the wind. The wind whispered of duty and honor of these men…Johon smiled he wonder why Nicho had brought him here. Johon started to stretch wanting to be ready for what ever Nicho had next…He didn’t want to have any trouble righting all out.

Johon also let Chiba out of his gi. She stood up and stretched. Johon took out some dried beef and then threw it to Chiba. he had miss is young friend having trained for so long.

on his way to the 6th, he practiced trying to form his reiatsu blade
he had it almost to the length he needed but it was still unrefined, it looked like a pipe, not a blade
he got to the main gate and looked around
"hmm, i wonder where gaja is" he stepped out into the training grounds and spotted him, he ran over to him weights on and reiatsu high with his bokken around his back
his feet sunk into the ground under the weight
"gaja!!! i've been waiting a while now, i've come here to challenge you!"

[Gaja 90]

"Huh ???"

Gaja has been miditating after doing some work out. Another spar.

"Surre. Why not."

He said to the guy.

"I surre am becoming bloodlusty... But I like it."

Gaja crouched slightly as he looked at the guy.

"Come you got the first attack."

He said to his opponent. But how did this dude know where Gaja was? And should Gaja make it fast or beet hm up or have some funn with this guy.

[Nicho Kiennes]

Nicho sat on an over hang swinging his legs in the air. He wasn't gonna fight anyone here he had respect for laws on the most part if not the people. Falling off he landed and stretched, his legs still felt odd. Unstretched and unused, he certainly still wasn't at full form but more than enough for these two.

He tapped Johon on the shoulder and grinned not makign an threatening moves. He then noticed a student yelling to Gaja, that same kid form before. Perhaps it was faited, it would be fine.

"Yo Gaja, and you boy. Come over here, were going on a trip... Just don't expect to be back."

He put his hands in his pockets and waited for everyone to gather. This would be interesting.

kaisen stopped right infront of gaja
"whoa its that same guy from earlier, i better be careful" he thought
he took off his weights and asked the receptionist to hold them for him, hed return for them later
then he walked over to nicho and johon
"im ready"

[Gaja 90]

Gaja quit the fight that he and the guy (Kaisen) were suposed to do. With his hands in his pockets and a smile on his face, Gaja walked up to Nicho.

"Hey Nicho, long time no see."

He took a stand next to another shinigami that he saw during the hollow attack. But he didn't get the chance to meet him then. Waiting for Nicho to say something Gaja looked around and then again focused his look on Nicho.

Johon tilted his head looking at Nicho with a smile and he sat down feeding Chiba and petting her. he had long sense forgotten about everything else that was happening. He waited for Nicho knowing wha ever he had in mind was going to be good.

Johon sat back looking at the sky noticing the soft puffy clouds that were around. He said to himself, "it a good day to die isnt it..." Johon had wanted a good bout for quiet some time he had been very laxed lately.

Johon turned to the students not paying them any mind...the only thing that really mattered was pushing himself further. Johon looked up scratched his head and then looked back down to chiba playing with his baby white fox.

[Nicho Kiennes]

Nicho scratched his head and raised a finger.

"Were going on a trip to the human world... we can't be disturbed there and other things. Now that we are all gathered we need to move to Seireiti, last one gets a punch. I'll most likely have set up the gate by the time you get there. I'll leave a Reiatsu trail so just follow eachother if you don't know how to sence it... if none of you do get to learning i'm not going to hold your hand."

With that he vanished heading away from then a thin mist of white lingered like a train behind him, although they would not be able to see it at least Johon would be able to sence it and lead the way.

Johon said, "Sai, release me of my bonds." The weight fell from johon and landed on the ground creating a crater in the ground…Johon smiled and was off. He dashed forward not holding anything back now. He jumped and pounced keeping low to the ground easily out striding the student quickly.

He picked up his head see the trail Nicho left…what a nice guy…he could follow him with out it. He could just follow his scent trail. Johon was interested he hadn’t been to the human world but once and he almost died there the first time.
