The fastest ever to graduate from Shinigami Academy along with his Nakama Kaisen. Whom he tied with in the big tournament held by the 11th division. Upon gradation he joined the 4th division without hesitation, he had found his calling.

There were two notable incidents right after graduation, an attack in the rukongai where a shinigami was kidnapped and an outing into the real world with some students. He performed admirably in both incidents, and was rewarded for his exceptional team work with Kaisen in the fight against a rukongai gang leader.

Almost uneventful until the fateful spores hollow attack on the Academy, where he was responsible for delivering the final blow to the invaders. Unfortunately he had caught some unknown disease from the hollows and fell into a coma. Waking up after the attack on his beloved division.

Name~ kaisen tenshu -nickname: sekkaku kaisen-

Age ~ 10 years in soul society, appears 22 after the time skip

~Physical Characteristics: 6' 3" recently his appearance has changed slightly. very fit muscles well defined but not overly large, short ish hair, hangs down past the ear, darkened to brown through the amount of time spent out of the sun. wears the obi or top half of his shinigami kimono open, showing his physique, and the sleeves are ripped off at the shoulders leaving his arms exposed. the rips and tears, and other results of battle are worn as if they were trophies.

his zanpaktou has a dragon on the sheath that holds onto his belt by biting on to it

his element of choice, fire. the blade ignites when reiatsu is near it, the fire has a special quality, it burns through reiatsu, consuming it as fuel. all the shikais power focused on consuming.
the blade turns black and red, the blade widens and grows slightly. the handle transforms into a dragons claw, with a dragons head at the end, the blade protruding from the claw end. a red tasssle that appears to be a tongue coming out of the head

shikai -
"burn him/her to ashes seiryuu!" - burns reiatsu - a flame surrounds the blade, feeding on reiatsu, it doesnt absorb it, it focuses all its power into burning it away, lowering the opponents overall reiatsu.

"flames of the dragon god"- gives complete control over the flames that cover the blade, can change the intensity of the flame at will, lightest flames being aimed for physical, leaving the reiatsu less damaged, darkest flames burn through opponents reiatsu

"chain of the egg" - an egg is spit up from the mouth of the dragon on the hilt of his zanpaktou, a chain attaching it to the sword. the chain burns brightly, a light colored flame. the egg itself burns dark black. the chain if touched or wrapped around you slowly burns away reiatsu, while if the egg hits you dead on, it burns a large amount of reiatsu quickly.

Special Characteristics: born with above normal strength and stamina with an abnormal ability to become stronger during fights and even more so when beaten

has been training in martial arts since he was able to run around and understand what the sensei was saying

growing up, his grandfather spent all his time training kaisen, it would be kaisens duty one day to be the gaurdian of the village. they trained night and day for years. all he knew of his father was he had died when kaisen was very young. as he neared the maturity point required to become village gaurdian, he went into the forest to train a special technique. later when he woke up a monster had attacked his village, killing his grandfather, adn all the people he had trained so hard to protect. when he found out it was the beast within him, he was lost, he wandered out of history, winding up a tthe front gates of the academy in soul society 6 monthes later. no longer a living human, he was now a soul.

6 foot 3 inches, has short white spikey hair that has red highlights. He has green eyes and his uniform hangs loosley from his slightly bulky figure but when flexing his mucles as hard as he can he could probably shread his entire shinigami uniform. When his shikai is released, his lust for battle grows steadily, when fighting for his life the "Beast" awakens within him changing his appearence close to that of a wolf and even more drastically as he becomes stronger.

He's a very kind man in his true nature although he was hardened by violence in the neighborhood he lived in. He easily makes friends, and tries not to talk badly about anyone which rarely happens because he respects everyones thoughts and ideas even if he disagrees with some of them.

During his time in the 2nd division he's become a leader, commander of the corrections corps a calm calculated individual at all times, although in battle he seems to go insane he has the ability to allow his body to go into "autopilot" so that he can pay attention to the movements of the opponent and calculate his next strategized move, other than those mere moments of calculated tactics to gain the upperhand, his body movemtns are totally random and beast like.
