how did you see it? They blocked it on the Chinese broadcast, so I can't see anything. Stupid communists, covering up everything so internationals can't watch it on their channels. So lame.

It was broadcast live here in the UK on BBC.

Seeing Bush and Putin talk at the opening ceremony reminded me of Orichimaru and the Third at the Chuunin exams... Creepy.

Basketball: US Women play the Czech Republic later today (sat) and the men play China on Sunday.

Shooting: Katerina Emmons of the Czech Republic looks set to take the Women's 10 Air Rifle gold with 2 rounds to go having equalled the World Record in qualifying. Lioubouv Galkina of Russia is making a late surge but with 1 round left it would take a major mishap to deny Emmons.

Its official GOLD for the Czechs (setting an Olympic Record in the process), Silver for Russia and Bronze to Croatia

*Free if you like me don't own your own TV and thus don't pay the BBC for TV licensing =P
