SG - quality wins me over every time. and yeah, you know that song that talks about "joyful haste" (round and round the christmas tree)? "joyful haste" usually ends up as irritability. and, reading text is a horrible way to communicate most of the time, 'cause it really depends on the reader's interpretation of how it's being said, which can totally change the meaning.
all that say, i try assume people aren't really upset or anything. and if they actually are, well... *sigh* i dunno, i think as long as you aren't intentionally trying to make people mad, you're fine. then again, what do i know?
